Professional and friendly service
Professional and friendly service. My questions were answered fully, ensuring I was joining the right cruise to fit my expectations for my first visit to Alaska. I was wanting a small vessel with access to remote areas in the hope of seeing wildlife and having great photographic opportunities. Many thanks to Toral, who did a great job helping me.

Risposta di Cruiseabout
Judith, wanting a small vessel that gets into Alaska's remote corners for wildlife and photography is such a specific vision, and it says a lot that Toral understood exactly what you needed rather than just offering the easiest option. First trips to Alaska deserve that kind of attention. Thank you for sharing this.

There are two things in this review worth noting, Giovanna. Rachel found exactly the flights you wanted, and she was consistently professional the whole way through, not just on a good day. Thank you for recognising both.

We recently booked our Carnival…Exceptional Customer Service from Start to Finish
We recently booked our Carnival Splendor cruise to Fiji through Cruiseabout, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Toral.
From the very beginning, Toral was thorough, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. She always followed up promptly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.
On the day we boarded the ship, I realised that I had accidentally packed our daughter's travel insurance documents in our suitcase instead of keeping them with us. As travel insurance was required for embarkation, I called Toral while we were standing in the queue. She responded immediately and sent through a copy of the insurance documents, allowing us to board without any issues. We were so grateful for her quick thinking and outstanding customer service.
Toral's communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout the entire booking process. We highly recommend her to anyone planning a holiday and sincerely thank her for her exceptional service.
