Getting this treatment was a great decision! It really helped my CRPS. Before treatment I was unable to stand or weight bare or touch my foot, and following the treatment, within about a week, I was able to stand. And it just kept improving from there. My base level pain went down, my movement in my legs improved, sensitivity to touch improved. Within a couple of months I was able to take assisted steps!
While we were there, I was made to feel so comfortable, and everything was well explained. My partner and I were well taken care of whilst we were there. And the whole experience was pleasant. We loved that the treatment week was mixed in with tourist experiences, allowing us to see and visit some beautiful places, and Venice!
Petar our patient care coordinator was amazing! So helpful and friendly. Got us settled into our room, and familiar with the room therapies, explaining everything very clearly. He is very easy to talk to, which made the experience better. I was very nervous, but he was able to reassure me, and my partner for any question he had, and go through any concerns.
When me and my partner travel, we like to get caricature drawings, but unfortunately we were unable to find an artist. Knowing this, Petar created a cartoon image of us from a picture, which really personalised our experience, and was such a thoughtful gift.
Sandra, who I had my zoom meetings with prior to coming, also came into the clinic to visit with us, and see how things were going, and make sure everything was fine.
All the staff at the clinic are very professional and kind and caring. They answered any questions and concerns I had, and reassured me, and made sure myself and my partner were comfortable.
The physio and health coach were also very helpful. The physiotherapist has a very different approach to what I have had previously, and I found it to work well. And the Health Coach, was so great. I stayed on with his for a course after going, which has massively improved my knowledge, and strength. Building a better relationship with food, and also exercise and building muscle. Which has helped so much with the rehabilitation.
Overall, I found the treatment week really beneficial, and the week we spent in Italy was made amazing, by the wonderful people at MTI and the clinic.

CRPS Treatment Italy with MTI absolutely saved my life! Not only is the research-backed treatment effective, trusted, and reliable... but the experience itself was the best treatment I could ask for. This is because of the people, patient care, and doctor's confidence. This experience gave me the best "medicine" of hope... something that can be hard to come by and hold onto to when dealing with a pain condition like CRPS. The belief instilled in me, itself, has allowed me to finally form the mind-body connection that is so important to healing, as well as re-education (along with the medicine and other therapies) that gave me the gift of understanding and guidance from the best of the best in how to manage my CRPS as I heal. I simply could not say enough good things about the treatment, protocol, clinic, and PEOPLE! Special shout outs to those who made a lasting impact from MTI and the clinic: Lorena (the most caring, sweet, attentive patient manager who ensured everything was smooth and made dreams come true!), Martza (the nurse who is a real life angel who I consider the catalyst of belief and trust in the treatments), Diego (brought endless smiles, laughs, comfortability, relatability, and good vibes), Petar (the coolest guy who captures special moments and makes life easier for everyone), Sandra (an absolute 10/10 human being and the reason I made it to Italy, aka the reason I am going into remission essentially!), Luigi (an incredible physiotherapist who had the most knowledge of how to best and most comfortability connect with my body to heal), and the Hotel Veronsi staff (incredibly empathetic and understanding people who communicate with MTI to ensure patients are comfortable and taken care of). In conclusion, you get what you pay for and beyond. The high probability of relief or remission is clearly the most incredible part; however, MTI made healing possible with the hope, belief, care, and trust instilled and shown. I would recommend this program to ANYONE who is suffering and feel passionate about advocacy for this life-saving treatment. Thank you MTI!!!!

Life Changing is about the best way to describe the whole experience with MTI. Having been told (as many of us know and understand too well) “it’s all in your head” too many times, I did my own research. I guess when you are personally ally experiencing something, you become a bit of an expert, but no one seemed to be able to help.
MTI more than helps - they become part of the family. They are all incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming, sympathetic and so knowledgeable. There is nothing at all left to worry about as they really do take care of you. From first contact, nothing is too much trouble and they understand.
Even once you have left, you are still cared for and checked on! They don’t just treat you then leave you to your own devices.
I don’t think I can actually find the words to explain the entire experience: other than Life Changing. If you have any opportunity, and are suffering but can somehow get there - do it!!
I will be forever grateful and thankful to the entire team.

I suffered from CRPS for 4 1/2 years. I came to Italy to get the treatment in December 2024. 6 months later I am in full remission. I’m living life again! I am SO SO SO grateful and happy! I highly suggest this treatment!!!

Going to Italy for the Crps treatment was the miracle I have been praying for ever since my diagnosis nine months ago. I have tried medications, sympathetic nerve blocks, ketamine infusions, neuro feedback, meditation, and I was hanging on my last thread when I contacted MTI. Thank God for them. I am so lucky I was able to go get the Neridronate treatment at my eight month mark.

The experience was life-changing and I can’t wait to get my life back. The staff are all so wonderful. From the moment we met Diego at the airport, we felt very welcomed and safe in their care. Lorena was my patient care manager and she did a superb job taking care of us every day. It was so nice not to think about any of the logistics and take the time to focus on my treatment. The staff at the clinic and Marzia my nurse were wonderful. The infusions went very well and I was lucky to have had very little side effects. The 360° approach really completes this treatment as the health coach, physiotherapist, and osteopath doctor taught me things that the doctors in the US have not. I learned more about my body mechanics and how to go forward with exercises to improve the way I move.

I really enjoyed the sightseeing. We visited the city center of Verona and Lake Garda. It is so beautiful! It made me feel like I was on a little vacation. It was so nice to get out and feel a little bit normal after being so isolated and trapped in my home this last year. To be able to do something fun that’s not a doctors appointment was a nice relief. The hotel was so relaxing and beautiful, and we absolutely love the restaurant.

Overall, my experience was excellent and I encourage everyone with Crps to find a way to get this treatment. It is worth any cost to get your life back. Now I am two weeks post infusions, and I am patiently waiting for the medication to take effect. I am just so excited to start getting pain relief and getting parts of my life back. Thank you everyone at MTI! I hope to come back to visit one day and walk in to say hello 😊

MTI is a life changing/ saving experience. The relief of pain and suffering was immense. Before I went there, I was in a wheelchair unable to walk or even lift a grocery bag. Now I don’t even use my cane and I am doing small portion workouts and working my way up. The best part about the experience, besides the pain relief, is hanging out with and exploring as much as you can with the staff. I was lucky enough to have Diego and Peter. They were both absolutely awesome people and guides. We spent a ton of time laughing and joking around. It was basically like being able to hang out with your friends the whole time. I definitely miss hanging out with them since leaving. Their entire staff at MTI and everyone they work with at the clinic is full of great people who do anything and everything to make sure you are as comfortable and good as possible during your stay. You can tell all of them truly want you to get better and have as smooth and good of an experience as possible. I would definitely recommend MTI to anyone that has CRPS. It is the long term solution and so incredibly worth it. Thank you endlessly MTI!!

Coming from another country to receive treatment for your child comes with a lot of stress. I can’t say enough, how accommodating and hospitable the MTI team is in reducing that stress and letting the focus just be on the recovery of the patient. From the moment we landed till the moment we departed, we were welcomed with smiles and sincere efforts to make our experience as positive as it could be. Peter and Diego really made our experience feel more like a visit with family than a medical trip. We didn’t have to worry about how to get anywhere or where we were going to eat or making appointments on time or even scheduling things outside of the hospital visits because the MTI team took care of all of it for us and it never seemed to be a hassle. If you are struggling with CRPS, this is the first place I would go.

I found MTI after I decided to start looking for treatment outside of Australia. The team were amazing and so knowledgeable and confident giving hope when we thought all hope was lost. Crsp-treatment gave me back my life and the team were amazing from the time I had my first consultation forward. Everything is thought of. The dr, allied health, the nurse marzia, all of the patient care coordinators especially petar. Cold was worse for my crps and would cause me to be bed bound through winter especially. This is my first winter since my treatment in July 2024 and I am doing things I couldn't do before. CRPS-Treatment Italy gave me my life back.

Went through CRPS-Treatment to organize my treatment with neridronate about a year ago. Everyone was so caring and attentive, from the coordinators at MTI to the medical team at the clinic.
I had suffered from CRPS for 5 years before finding out about this option in Italy and my case was very advanced. The team and I worked on a treatment plan that was adapted to me and got me to Italy very quickly. I cannot thank them enough for the work they do for crps patients like myself, who are otherwise disregarded by the whole medical world.
I have had amazing results from the treatment and am now back to work which I had to stop 3 years ago due to my condition. I even went back to hiking, which I think I missed the most.

I found MTI and their CRPS treatment after 7 years of having this disease and they were the hope I was looking for... I have already try everything that my doctors in my country could offer, I even got two neuroestimulators that got rejected by my body.
So coming into this experience I was really afraid of the treatment not working but the MTI’s team were with me every single step of the way.
We begun our process with Sandra, who is a caring, kind and amazing person. She help me with the planning of the trip and the logistics behind the treatment, she was always available to answer not only my questions but also my family’s questions.
And something really important and special for me was that she always made me feel listened by taking every doubt from the smallest one to the most important ones into consideration and answered as soon as possibles
Then Diego was our health planner during our time in Italy, he is a super fun guy but also has the ability to make you feel like someone was your back at all times! He and the team always make sure that you will have someone with you at the doctors appointments and in therapy.
Once the medical part is done for the day he took us to do tourism, told us a little bit about the history, culture, fun facts and stories… that’s when I realized that Diego and the MTI’s team go above and beyond for you to feel like you are completely able to enjoy this as vacations while treating the CRPS.
The clinic was a really good place with an amazing doctor, physiotherapist and nurses who treated me with kindness and professionalism.

I recently underwent a medical treatment consisting of Neridronate intravenous infusions in Verona, Italy. In December 2022, I fell off my mountain bike and sustained a trimalleolar ankle fracture (tibial and peroneal bones and dislocation, with sprained ligaments). A day after, I had surgery with an intramedullary rod, screws, and plating. I recovered quite well from the fracture; however, six weeks after the injury, I began with several, different new complaints. My ankle and foot became progressively swollen and incredibly tender, with almost constant burning and stabbing pain. The skin, from the mid-leg to the toes, turned red and, at times, dusky and bluish. My ankle was stiff most of the time. Putting on a sock or wearing sandals or slippers was extremely painful; there was no chance for shoes. Taking a few steps would feel like walking over broken glass. Within a week, I was diagnosed with CRPS and began traditional treatment, initially with medications, Gabapentin, Pregabalin, and Ibuprofen. The improvement was minimal, and the side effects (drowsiness, fatigue, brain fog) were intolerable. Then, local Botox injections, exosomes, and lumbar sympathetic block. Again, with minimal improvement. I refused to take the next suggested step: a spinal cord stimulator. I did an extensive research on other therapeutic options. Of the biphosphonates, Neridronate was the most extensively studied and had the best outcomes without the dreaded side effects of spontaneous jaw or femur fractures. The only problem was that it was only available in Italy. Fortunately, I came across MTI and quickly went through the process of being accepted as a patient. In May 2023 I received four intravenous infusions over one week. I had zero side effects and began noticing a gradual, sustained improvement starting two weeks after the last infusion. Six weeks later, all of my symptoms were practically resolved. I was then able to resume my daily activities, walk, drive, work, and, a few months later, go back on my bicycle.
I am very happy with the results. The team at MTI was excellent in every aspect. They were honest, professional, and caring, providing me with all the help I needed. They took care of everything; I just had to take care of my flight tickets. It was not a light money expense, but getting my health back was priceless, and it was my best investment, not an expense. I feel blessed that my CRPS responded so well and fast, and I am very grateful that Italy and MTI are providing this successful treatment. For us in the USA, it seems like a last resort, but it should actually be the cornerstone treatment, as is in Italy.

I went to Italy for treatment 9 months after my diagnostic. The team was amazing, they organized everything (I mean EVERYTHING) for us which was so relieving. The treatment has saved my life, I was in a terrible depression and in horrible pain, and could not see any kind of light showing me hope. 4 months after, I am now in complete remission and could cry just writing these words.
