I'm writing this thinking what's the point, but I will try. Croydon Council have just put me through sheer hell for 5 years. We have pollution officers turning up at my door, unannounced, like let us in and pressuring me. They not there to help! NO!!!! The issue is Antisocial behaviour, stinking extractor fans that run over 60 decibels for 11 hours a day all year. They blow curry, grease , garlic and charcoal smoke into my garden and home. One neighbour moved out, I'm forced to try and move out but ohhh...the council lie, cheat, deny the reality and have the nerve to say I'm imagining it all! They have shared my data with a 3rd party, risking retribution from the offending business causing the issues. Today...Planning Dept have ...rather sneakily ...passed planning permission without telling me and other residents. They have public sector equality duty to a number of residents but they P all over that. It's like shouting into a hurricane in a goldfish bowl. Congrats croydon council for utterly destroying me today. Now you don't get to fool me any more. You own your vile behaviour. Enough is enough.

One of the worst places to live, now healthier school programme and no vehicular traffic etc, it is time to leave croydon people. They dont send out penalities but once its overdue like the maximum then they will sent out penality notice. One of the horrible councils in the entire Country. Worst place to live.

Goddards Vet in Addiscombe, would recommend Lana without hesitation
We took our aged cat of 17years old to Goddards.
We saw a veterinary called Lana who was so kind, examined our cat fully, explained what was going on with her, gave us options so we felt we were doing the right thing for our cat
An exemplary vet, she clearly loves animals and wish we had seen her previously as she was spot on!

Pauline Carter in council tax , called up DWP to report my elderly mother about false allegations. I know it was her who reported her, as she was questioning me over the phone.
Please get your facts right before you report innocent people. Of course DWP has seen our evidence and left her alone now. Nasty piece of work. Croydon council are in debt of millions so they try to report innocent people to retrieve money. You should be ashamed of your self, an elderly woman. You’re going to reap what you sow.

-1000 stars (minus 1000 stars) Croydon Council is the worst ever council I have seen in my life. I love the Croydon but not this stupid Council.

If I could give a minus star, I would. I hate absolutely hate this borough and wish I could pack and leave tomorrow This borough is one of the worse in London when it comes to crime, its also the poorest bankrupt borough who literally steals from its residence. I hate, hate, hate this borough and the people who run it. I constantly pick up parking tickets for going through restricted areas (almost every month theres a new restriction)! I tend to keep my eyes on the road when driving not looking up at posts with small writing which states the restrictions. Make your signs with bigger writing and bright colours so drivers can see when entering a restricted zone. I guess if you did that you wouldn't Rob us all of our hard earned cash, you disgusting theives, youre meant to be restricting these streets to make it safer for school children, not to make money! I seriously can't wait to move out of this disgusting pit. This must be what hell feels like.

Croydon bin men are very rude and make me all sick , he has blonde thin hair spiked up with glasses looks like a chicken ..I asked him to kindly out my neighbours bin back as he left it outside my door blocking ny path he shouting No and was ignoring me and laughing with his other colleagues like it’s funny , they have no respect and all belong in the rubbish bin and never seen again get rid of them all and bring decent new ones I hate them all soo rude and aggressive and all look miserable if you don’t like your job don’t do it ,

Garden waste service bin not returned after collection for some reason,
Cant phone says to order online which is a joke waste of time,no email address provided for contact finally got around to order replacement received email stating will deliver 10 days time nothing received so far 15 days

This Croydon council is a joke! The people who work there should never be allowed to work to help people in need. I am at risk of homelessness again and I have health problems. I received an e-mail saying that I am not in any danger if I live on the street. A few years ago I met a woman who has no rights to work or reside in the UK. She got help from Croydon council, they provided her with a flat in Manchester and she received financial help for the most necessary things for the house, she still lives in the UK and gets help from the council. If such people continue to work there, nothing will change. The most important thing for them is that their families and friends get help from them.

Food waste bins not collected for weeks at times. Even after I reported after not been collected and they said have been collected. I still saw food waste bin bags left. This is unacceptable. You can't collect food waste when you feel like it. One time there were flies coming out.

If I could score this borough I zero that's what I'd give. I have lived in 2 boroughs in London and Croydon is the worse, when I say they are useless and extortionate I mean this is the worse I have seen. I pay a lot for council tax but my bins are missed almost every week. I go on the website they say you can use to report this only it doesn't work. I have ordered new bins which they haven't brought me. The streets are lined with rubbish. There's no where to park for free. A horrible place honestly I really can't wait to leave this Borough and I've only been here 2 months.

Croydon Council bin men are the most useless I don’t now how they can be employed. They need to be sacked the lot off them if I could upload photos I would the way how they treat residents property’s…is disgusting you need to remember we are paying council tax for these uneducated men

Croydon Council what can I say, you are to be blame. You are not at all trustworthy. You stole and yet still you try to lie and control.Croydon Council I pity you or should I say, I pity the employee that works for you.He or she probably wants to complain but is void and trapped into silence. I hope their don’t go in sane with all the corruption their witness and wish their could complain. Croydon Council please change we the citizen’s of Croydon is crying out for a miraculous change. Transformation must take place in order for the city of Croydon to be revitalised once again. No more swindling and pinching out of the poor man’s pocket. No more homeless souls cast out on the streets, no more leaving homes dis repaired , no overcrowding, no more violence being left unattended, no more directors on vaccinations and no more rubbish left on the streets week in and week out. Croydon Council take a stand and aim to regain your citizens trust.

No wonder Croydon council is bankrupt. I am trying to pay a council tax bill. Even though I have an account it keeps asking me for my council tax ref. I am away and don't have it with me. Their email reminder does not have my account ref. So I can't pay online. Totally rubbish. Whoever designed the online payment system should be sacked

Got a ridiculous parking fine for permitted vehicle access which I can see multiple people have complained about as there are 0 signs and navigation systems (Waze) take you through the road. After speaking to a member of the council he advised me to appeal and not to pay whilst the case was under review. However I got stung with the Full £130 amount - after speaking to them again and told not to pay... again and wait for a formal response I've been hit with a further 50% increase to the fine. Croydon C***s I spoke to who work for the council literally scammed me into an additional £130 fine.

Absolutely disgusting and child trafficking behaviour from these people don’t trust non of them. They manipulated me in to cooperating with them just to try and get me locked so they can take them and put them in to care. They refuse to communicate or update me on anything for almost 11months straight! They refuse to take accountability. All they do is destroy families and display so much illegal activity it’s unreal real it’s ok because I have taken you lot too the papers so the press would love some answers when it blows up 😆 so good luck and see you all in court. You have got away with it With other parents kids but not mine. Anyone looking to work with them would be a fool take my advice because I don’t want no “genuine parents” too go through such horrific events that ruined mine and my kids life’s.

Croydon children services-(adoption) are a bunch of 2 faced liars and not fit for service, I could rant on & on but nothing will change
