so far, I've tried Vegishake's Cayenne Pepper, Beetroot, Spirulina and Licqorice Root capsules to support my health. All fine with no adverse effects. Orders have arrived quickly and in good shape (the capsules are in resealable paper packets, so also environmentally friendly - I just transfer them into old bottles from other vitamins, and re-label the bottles). Would recommend and would use again. Here's to a healthier, happier 2024 for all of us - cheers! :O)

Having worked in the health food industry for 27 years, I'm rather choosy about the supplements I take (and recommend): none of this cheap excipients nonsense! That's why I buy a lot of my superfoods (eg Spirulina, Amla, Camu Camu) and mushroom supplements from Vegishake, both in capsule and powder form.
