Order was placed and acknowledged on 3rd August and credit card debited. 3 weeks later there has been no contact from Crown despite me chasing them by email and phone. I am also an existing customer. Very disappointed. Lyall
visited Matthew's stall in Livingston several times. Matthew always shows great passion and knowledge about the products. They are vegan, packed with natural ingredients and made in the UK. My daughter and I bought a few beautiful lip glosses that are moisturising, packed with natural ingredients, and not sticky. I'm especially excited to try their hair growth serum, which I just bought.
An overall wonderful experience totally enjoyed it and look forward to it again in the future
My wife loved the set of items. Everything came with ease. Productivity packaging is very nice, but products are actually even better. Extremely high end and quality ingredients. I will definitely purchase more for my wife!
I had a really nice experience with Crown Cosmetics at the Almondvale stall. Matt was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the Cleansing Cream to me. He even offered a small sample so I could try it before committing to a purchase, which I really appreciated. Great customer service.
