Having added my business details to Crowd Review and set a limit to the amount to spend on clicks this was then doubled. But when I check analytics for the links to my site they don't exist. The value of the clicks is very low and could even have a negative effect on your sites SEO.
I am absolutely outraged and disgusted with the despicable behavior of Crowd Reviews! These fraudsters have robbed us of $400 without any notification or warning, and what's worse is that we never even completed our profile in the first place!
We repeatedly requested for our profile to be deleted, but they simply ignored our pleas and left us hanging. And now, to add insult to injury, they have charged us again for a campaign that we never even ran! This is a blatant act of theft and deception, and I am beyond furious at the way we have been treated.
We tried to reach out to every single member of their so-called "leadership team", but not a single one of them had the decency to reply or address our concerns. They have shown us nothing but disrespect and disregard for our rights as customers.
Crowd Reviews is a disgraceful, untrustworthy company that preys on unsuspecting victims like ourselves. They have no integrity or ethics, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to steer clear of these crooks.
I demand that they immediately refund our money and delete our profile, and I hope that they will be held accountable for their reprehensible actions. Shame on you, Crowd Reviews!
They're spammers and scammers.
There is no way to edit your account properly, no way to get any support, no working contact info, and no way to get any leads.
I received an invitation for a call a dozen times.
I was trying to unsubscribe, remove my account, even book a meeting several times.
For 3 or 4 requested meetings I've got a phone call once, with a promise to fix everything.
Nothing fixed. Spam continues, no way to solve any problem.
Avoid getting any account there.
I have gone through the reviews mentioned in this site before hiring a CRM software service for my business and believe me it was my best decision. Their reviews are very helpful as they come from the authentic source. 5 stars without any doubt!!
