Lovely ties
I ordered 3 ties for my husband. They arrived promptly, look fantastic and he's wearing them this week at meetings in Berlin. He loves them and apparently they have been much admired. The ties are very reasonable for such good quality. I also had a query when I made the order which was dealt with helpfully and swiftly by Crossrow.

Easy to use website with nice choice. The quality of the ties I bought were excellent and the packaging very nice. The products were delivered very quickly too, excellent service.

A pretty bag
My bag arrived fairly promptly and was well packaged which was good as it was bought as a gift.
The bag was well made and attractive but the colours in the advert were more subtle than the real life item.

Great service and quality ties
From choosing a tie and matching pocket square to the delivery and finally the beautiful print and fabric quality has been so easy and impressive. I chose the William Morris wild strawberry in green abd I will certainly purchase again.

According to our records, the item was dispatched as expected, but unfortunately it appears that Royal Mail has lost the parcel, which is something we genuinely regret despite being outside of our control.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, tie turned up beautifully presented in a really nice box, and the tie is lovely too! I didn't want a silk tie as I don't buy silk, so the cotton alternative was fantastic, still looks just as smart. There were some delivery issues due to Royal Mail being daft right before Christmas, Crossrow were on it before I even knew there was an issue with constant updates and what to do if this or that happens, new time lines and reasons for etc. If only all companies were this communicative - thank you! You have set the bar high!

Their webpage is very good. The product arrived lovely wrapped, tie itself is very nice. Delivery was not fastest but it arrived in time for Christmas so it does not matter.
