The IOSS no email somehow did not get through and we were not sure how to contact them,
but once I was able to reach them via email, they were very helpfull and efficient and we had our IOSS no in 2 days.

Got my IOSS arranged in just a few days and have been very helpful.
We received top-flight advice from Trust Pilot this morning. We could tell they have good command of the subject; they were able to assist us with our IOSS- and EU VAT- related questions and concerns.
Consequently, we're more confident now in our EU business operations- thanks to Trust Pilot.

Been working with CBV for a few months now, they do our IOSS returns. The process is efficient, seamless and on time. CBV's prices are very affordable for a small company such as ours, unlike some of the other IOSS service providers who are taking companies to the cleaners. Very happy with CBV.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it very much. We do some exciting developments coming soon, which will make it easier to fetch your data and calculate your IOSS filings.
Works fine but is administratively 'clunky' in that each month a new and month specific page has to be downloaded and then a copy and paste routine along with adjustments to the country of receipt. Surely this can all be done on your site with an upload of a .csv file. Needs development.

Thanks for the update; we use Woo and download the sales record to Sage. Our .csv file upload, created from Sage, would threfore be from a local file to your web site.
Please update when this facility becomes available.

In the beginning, there were some teething issues - but in the last 6 months, the service has been excellent. Initially, I was looking for an automated service but there wasn't anything available for shopify at that time. however the spreadsheets are so easy to fill in and it's all calculated for you, I receive an invoice and pay it, really simple
