Amazing Customer Service and Very Fair Deal
As I walked into CR Jewelers, I was immediately greeted with a smile and an upbeat personality. The woman up front was so sweet, and accommodating. I waited barely 10 minutes, and she was back with a price for me. They were very fair and I ended up walking away with more money for my gold then I had expected. If anyone wants to sell gold for cash, this is the place to go!

Happy Customer
I could not have had a better experience with CR Jewelers. I went the day after Christmas to take advantage of any possible sales. I explained to Patti what I wanted and my budget. In no time she showed me not exactly what I was looking for but something even better. The rings were beautiful and I cannot wait for them to come back

Uncomfortable
My boyfriend and I went to go get promise rings because he is going off to the military. Granted we are young and my boyfriend did spring it on me, so we did look out of place. The woman questioned us right off the bat and the other called security right away. Now we felt obligated to buy something not to look bad. Then while looking for the rings the woman started to rush us like if to say, " dumb kids get out". And trying on was almost not an option, with the guard standing behind you. Any slight movement felt like a take down situation. When we got to the register that's when she become friendly and gave us a half empty silver polish as a "gift".
Over all if your under 40 forget about shopping here, unless you are dressed like you came right out of Martha Stewart's catalogs. I do have to say that the ring I got was okay but the ring I loved may have gotten me tackled if I asked to see it.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience in our store. Your experience is not a typical one in our stores. As you can see from all of our previous reviews our associates are very attentive and helpful with our customers. Can you share with me which mall store location you were in and when you were in our store, there is no mention of it in your review. Whenever a Security Guard is called to one of our stores we (corporate office) receive a notice and we have not received any notification that a Security Guard was called to one of our stores. UPDATE 10/22/15 - Hello K.G. We have reached out to you and have not had a response back. We were able to track the sale of the ring and customer information and see that your purchase took place in our Coral Square Mall. I spoke with our District Manager who was the woman who waited on you and said both you and your boyfriend were a pleasure to deal with and that she did not call Security as you stated in your review. I called the Security Department in the Coral Square Mall to see if there was a record of them visiting our store that day and there is no record of security coming into the store. We were happy that you did actually purchase your ring from us which we assume is because you loved it not because your were "pressured you would have gotten taken down" as most times that is not a reason someone buys something. If being pressured is a reason for purchase the customer would return the item within a few days, we have no return on record from you.
Based on all of the facts we have uncovered we believe your visit to our store to be a positive one which also resulted in a purchase from you and that for some unknown reason you have chosen to slander our associate and company. If you would like to give us any other details or respond to us feel free to do so. My contact information is listed in my previous response. Thank you.

Great experience turning in my old rings!
I recently reached out to CR Jewelers after not seeing them in the local mall I used to go to. I was advised they were no longer at that location but there was a location about an hour from me. I wanted to turn my old gold diamond rings in for cash using their cash for gold option as I had done before. I spoke with Linda Jackson who walked me through a process of sending my rings in and receiving a check for their value shortly thereafter Within minutes Linda sent me a shipping label for me to send my rings off! Within a couple days they were received, and Linda let me know that a check should be in the mail to me within the next day or two. The process was so simply and easy. Linda's customer service to me was outstanding and I would recommend CR jewelers to any and everyone based on my experience!! Upon receiving my check, I was also sent a metal angel to stick in my car. The thoughtfulness that went into that was amazing, and this company truly shines above the rest.

Fantastic Customer Service experience !!
Had to make a tough decision to sell a golden eagle that had been hanging around my neck for over thirty years. I was unemployed and needed the money.Found a job and really wanted to buy back said eagle.Had a great experience with a rep. named Linda. She was so willing to help me achieve this and soon the eagle will land in the Coral Springs store. Cannot say anything more than how perfect this experience was. We saw her at the Coral Square location and went back to her to buy a second ring the same day. I shopped a total of 4 stores in the mall. While the clarity and color numbers varied just a bit, I felt I made a purchase that was about $300 less than a pair of similar quality at Jared's.

Wedding set
I purchased my wedding set and after my purchase they wouldn't even size it for me they wanted me to pay additional for it we were going to purchase my fiancé wedding band but decided not to after I went into store next day asking again about sizing my ring and they said no. I told my fiancé we will buy his ring else where as we did. I would have went else were to purchase my ring that included sizing then going to this business that lacks customer service.

We do charge for ring sizing as we offer very reasonable prices for our jewelry and do not build the sizing into the price and charge more for the ring as our competitors do. We also give a discount on ring sizing to customers who purchased their items from us. I would also like to know the store location that you went into and they told you "no", that they would not size the ring. As you can see from our previous reviews our associates are willing to do whatever it takes to please our customers. I look forward to your response.
