The magazine products are very good! But their subscription technology is awful. Every time a renewal notice comes in email, it's challenging to identify the current subscription and then to switch to an older-audience version. When I call customer svc, they get my info but can't immediately pull up my current subscription without putting the call on hold and then coming back w/ the info. There is no way to view your subscriptions online. Things get charged to my card and I have to call to get refunds. We let one more year go for our grandsons but after this, we'll not be renewing.

Complete scam. Ordered the magazine for my granddaughter on December 13 as a Christmas present. Also ordered an individual magazine so I would have something to wrap up on Christmas morning. It's three days before Christmas so I checked on the individual magazine. Got a call center in India, of course, and was told it takes 2-3 weeks for an individual magazine to be shipped which is ridiculous as there is mention of this whatsoever on the website. Also read other comments on the sire about not receiving what was ordered and not getting any help from customer service. Particularly galling that they are doing this to parents (grandparents in my case) who are just trying to do something nice for their loved ones. Cancelling my subscription now.

The magazine is good but the auto renewal process they have is INSANE!!
They sent me an email that my subscription would automatically renew unless I called them to cancel. No way to do it online or through their website. Can ONLY call them and the wait time was 20 minutes on hold!
This should be illegal!

I ordered this subscription and a bonus magazine in May of 2025 as a gift and the recipient only got 1 magazine in 5 months. After calling customer service and confirming the correct mailing address and being assured it was being sent about another month went by and still nothing.

Cricket magazines are creative, artistic, age-appropriate and very fun. Great products.

I love Cricket Media! I bought subscriptions for my daughters who are now in their 30's, and now I get to buy them for my granddaughter. All of them love reading, and it's also fun to get mail. Each issue is packed with a lot of fun reading and activities. It's worth every penny.

Someone gifted my daughter with these magazines from the time she was 2 until she outgrew them. She was always SO EXCITED to get mail with her name on it, and she LOVED the magazines. We were extremely poor at the time. I have gifted a subscription to many children over the years. This subscription is for my own grandchild. He is 14 months and it’s his favorite read until the next one arrives. Thank you for allowing children to have so much joy, and for making your magazines inclusive in every way!!

In addition to my subscription, I paid for the "issue for immediate delivery", which was not shipped until one full week later and with a "4-6 weeks delivery" period when it should have been First Class mail at least! I contacted customer service about this, and they did nothing. I grew up with Cricket Mag and was planning to purchase additional subscriptions for my other grandchildren, but won't now.

Over the years, it has gotten progressively more difficult to renew on line, resulting in errors in the magazine ordered.

Great gift and I will renew the subscription! My granddaughter loves it!

great magazines. confusing as used to get ASK & couldn't figure out why I couldn't find it, not transparent on the website. I understand it is discontinued?

Subscribed Baby Bug and Lady Bug for my son and daughter in 1995, I just subscribed Baby Bug for my Granddaughter!

This magazine is thoughtfully designed and put together. My daughter is always looking forward to the next one!

This is a magazine company that I have ordered subscriptions from for years as gifts which at the time had gotten rave reviews. The company is now consolidating their titles, which I did not receive any communication about, and will not allow me to cancel my subscriptions until after the consolidation!! Do not start a subscription with this company!!

My kids love it! They want to keep reading more and more of it! Keeps them engaged!

Cricket is a classic. I loved it growing up and now my kids are enjoying LadyBug.

The stories in Cricket's magazines are smart, fun, and age-appropriate—way better than a lot of what's out there. It actually gets kids excited to read, and I like that it’s not full of ads or junk. Great for curious kids who enjoy reading and learning new things.
