Cribberry Recensioni

Just make sure you receive the correct order before setting up! :) I contacted customer service and they responded surprisingly FAST and offered to ship the correct items immediately. I appreciate their prompt response and solution!

Absolutely blown away by the quality and service — Highly recommended!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly felt the need to share my experience with Cribberry because it exceeded all my expectations from beginning to end.

I was looking for a Montessori-style floor bed for my 2-year-old daughter and came across Cribberry after doing quite a bit of research. From the start, their website was easy to navigate, and the designs were exactly what I had in mind—minimalist, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. I had a few questions before ordering (mainly about dimensions and rail height), and their customer service team responded quickly, kindly, and in a very helpful manner. That already gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

The shipping process was smooth and fast. It arrived within just a few days, and the packaging was super secure. All the parts were carefully wrapped and labeled. Nothing was damaged or missing, which is honestly rare these days!

As for the assembly, I was initially a bit intimidated (I’m not the handiest person), but the instructions were very clear and straightforward. It took me about 45 minutes from start to finish, doing it alone, and I didn’t need any extra tools beyond what was provided. The bed is incredibly sturdy and well-crafted—there’s no wobble, and you can tell it’s made with high-quality wood. I especially appreciated the smooth finish and the rounded edges, which made me feel even safer putting my toddler in it.

The bed itself? Absolutely beautiful. It looks even better in real life than in the photos. The tall railings were a must for us since our daughter tends to roll in her sleep, and they provide great peace of mind. She’s been sleeping in her new bed for about three weeks now, and she absolutely loves it. She even plays in it during the day, which has made the bedtime routine so much easier for us. It’s honestly been one of the best purchases we’ve made as parents.

Lastly, I just want to say a huge thank you to the team at Cribberry. The combination of excellent product quality, sincere and responsive customer support, and smooth delivery experience made me feel like I wasn’t just buying a product—I was dealing with people who genuinely care about their customers and what they create.

If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. This is a company that truly delivers in every sense of the word.

This wooden crib is absolutely beautiful. The house design adds a charming touch to the room. I can see this bed used as a play space as well as a place to sleep for years to come. It is made with care-smooth wood, safe materials and solid construction. Love it!

This is the second Cribberry bed we’ve purchased for our 3 year old grandson, who is on the spectrum for two different locations. I assisted or tried to with my son who put the first together alone, this bed is difficult to put together without another set of hands. Besides the assembly we are very pleased with it. He loves the bed and sleeps well. Good bed for growing in. Would recommend.

I will say they do have good customer service but for the price … we received a product that had splinters and although we got it assembled … as one can imagine with a newborn - we have not had the time to sand and paint so it’s safe for our baby! Very disappointed that there’s so much to do to make it ready - had hoped that it was just a matter of assembling.

The customer service prior to my purchase was great - answered all my questions and help me decide which crib was best.

However, once it arrived there were issues.

Instructions were either for the wrong sized bed - or they don't make them unique for each size. So, be aware.

We were short 7 dowels (this bed has a LOT of dowels).

Some of the pieces are held by a screw and and dowel. One of these pieces was not lined up correctly at all with the holes. On one side we had to just leave the dowel off.

Either the dowels or the drilled holes were not consistent and we had to redrill some holes to make the dowels fit (this was with the dowels that were provided).

Instructions did not include one piece - (K). Important piece and we had to remove pieces to install once we realized where that piece went - then put back together.

They provided 1 extra side slat (on purpose??) - it was good - because one of the others was split.

I was encouraged to order the slats that go under the bed. For a $100 I received a few pieces of wood that literally just sit on the floor for the mattress to sit on. They don't connect to the bed. If I had to do over - I would not add those for the price.

This is for our granddaughter when she visits a few times a year. If I was going to use every day - I would have returned it.

Edited to add: Company did reach out to me offering to help resolve any issues, however the bed is put together so nothing that we require (thanks to a very handy husband). They also offered to refund for the bottom slats.

I absolutely love our full size Montessori bed with rounded corners and round spindles! The wood itself is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. I was skeptical before ordering, but every time I reached out to customer service through the chat, they responded very quickly.

They really do have exceptional customer service! They tell you when your order is shipped, the tracking numbers, when the order is received, and they follow up afterwards regarding your satisfaction. Communication was a 10/10!

I had an issue with one of the spindles missing it’s inside piece for a screw, and when I reached out they immediately expedited the new spindle. They actually sent extras, which was appreciated. There was also a small design flaw that was irritating me, and they sent a replacement piece for that at no charge!

Thank you again!

Great bed, very pretty. My child loves it. We love it, and it has been worth every penny. Solved a lot of problems around sleep for our family and has made life easier. It was expensive but worth every cent in my opinion. The manufacturer sent us extra hardware when requested and were very responsive. GREAT product, GREAT customer support which is super hard to find these days. Highly recommend.

The customer service is wonderful, and we truly are enjoying the floor bed we purchased for our son. The wood is beautiful. I'm grateful to have found a company that cares about children's health and safety, as well as about how their customers are treated.

The only constructive criticism I have is that the directions were confusing at times and inconsistent toward the end. It would have been nice to have words as well.

We purchased this as my son's big boy bed (queen size) as he is special needs and we still need him in a safe and confined setting. I love how it is open air and he absolutely loves it. He is safe and feels like he got an upgrade. It is durable and looks amazing in his new room. We have recommended this product to our other special needs friends, and they love it as well!

The size and natural tone is great! Some of the pieces weren’t aligned but not the biggest deal. Overall happy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot say enough good things about Cribberry! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The bed we ordered for our toddler is not only beautiful but incredibly sturdy and well-made. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design and craftsmanship.

What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. We had a small issue with one of the parts, and the team at Cribberry went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. They were responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about ensuring we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

Our little one absolutely loves their new bed, and we feel so much better knowing they’re sleeping safely and comfortably. If you’re considering a Montessori-style bed, I highly recommend Cribberry — they truly deliver on both quality and service.

The good - once assembled it's beautiful, my autistic son LOVES his new bed.

The bad - packaging was destroyed on delivery.

COMPLETE ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED! IT'S LITERALLY A BOX WITH WOOD AND A BAG OF SCREWS.

It was missing any instructions for assembly, so I had to contact customer support.

Lastly, there were a few pieces that were misdrilled or where hardware was installed in the wrong position.

Overall, we are happy with our purchase but for this price point there should be clear assembly instructions (written, not just little sketches), better quality control, and shipping containers.

I’m genuinely impressed with Cribberry! We were on the hunt for a bed that was both functional and stylish, and Cribberry exceeded our expectations. The bed arrived securely packaged, and the assembly instructions were straightforward. The quality of the wood and craftsmanship is exceptional — solid, smooth, and clearly built to last.

What really made the experience stand out was the customer service. We had a question about the assembly, and the team responded quickly with clear guidance and even sent a helpful video. It’s rare to find such attentive and thoughtful customer support these days.

Our toddler is absolutely in love with the new bed, and as parents, we feel great knowing it’s both safe and beautifully designed. If you’re looking for a Montessori bed, Cribberry is definitely worth it.

Beautiful beds and the best customer service I have ever experienced. The bed was easy to put together. I thought I was missing a very important piece and I reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and sent the piece. It arrived surprisingly quick from Turkey. You would think that it would take a long time to arrive, but it was super fast.

But, guess what? The piece was stuck in the plastic wrapping inside the box THE WHOLE TIME. Definitely check the packaging thoroughly and don't make the same mistake as I did.

Either way, customer service was super sweet and understanding. They made sure I had everything that I needed even if I technically had it all anyways.

Simple, sturdy, and sooo easy to put together!

This is not a real product. Literally do not buy anything from this website. The wood is unfinished and literally no part of the crib comes assembled. We got shipped 75 slats of wood and pound of screws that were supposed to be this crib. We barely got it open before my husband and I got splinters. I have no idea how this site is still active and we are returning this immediately.

We were sent the wrong no installation instructions.
When building the frame, piece number 9 - which had a metal screw already installed in the beam and a space for a wooden dowel - has to connect to piece number 1. Piece 9 completely fell apart with the wood screw coming apart from the beam itself. It literally popped right out. How is that supposed to be secure? The rest of the pieces that attach to piece number 1 all fell out since the main support beam wasn’t in place properly.

We researched and waited before making this purchase to ensure that our autistic daughter was getting a high quality bed frame. Spending over $1000 is a big deal for our family and we were so excited for this to come. We’ve had it almost a week now and it is still not built because of these issues. I reached out via email and I am hoping that someone will reach out about the broken pieces and my request for a partial refund due to the negative experience thus far.

Prompt shipping, great prices, and total transparency on shipping locations and dimensions of each section of wood. I am glad I found cribberry as it was the answer I was searching for to keep my child safe and comfortable in their bed.
I was hesitant to order because of the lack of online reviews, but for my childs safety, it was worth the risk. Safe, enclosed beds are expensive and usually require a prescription to get for special needs, which is what I needed ans cost thousands of dollars. I took the chance and I was not disappointed. Even better, my child absolutely loves it. Its solid pine, smells nice, is sanded near perfectly and all predrilled holes lined up exceptionally well on every piece.
Minor cons:
Directions/images werent exactly accurate but it was easy enough to figure out. Even so, it only took me about 4 hours to build on my own. I was missing some hardware; likely lost in shipping by damaged box & loose hardware all over the box due to a ripped bag, but I was able to use hardware I had in my garage to complete the build.
10/10 would absolutely recommend Cribberry and would repeat the purchase if I needed.
