Using this company was an expensive mistake. They paved directly over our water meter and began cutting into a shared driveway area, completely ignoring the agreed plan. Their lack of care extended to the neighbours; they left signage up for weeks that damaged a shared fence (which I had to pay to replace) and showed no regard for dust management.

While they eventually dug out the water meter, the driveway is effectively ruined and looks like a patch-job.

They initially tried to dig out the meter while I wasn't home and my car was on the drive. I captured the most bizarre display on my Ring doorbell: the employees were arguing amongst themselves, clearly uncomfortable cutting a driveway with a car there and no one home. They described the job as a "shambles" because they had no idea where to cut (I later found the site marked out with twigs). They then went on to discuss amongst themselves other issues with the installation. From being told by the boss to cut up the shared driveway to admitting they poured the concrete while it was raining. They even joked about telling the boss I wanted a "reseal" just to get out of the situation. Then I hear the staff phone the boss to explain that I wanted to be present for the work to dig out the meter, to which he simply replied, “f*** off.”

To top it off, the last worker sent to "rectify" the issue pressured me for an extra £75 in cash, claiming he was on overtime and not working for the company at that moment.

The ordeal is finally over, but I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Creteprint created an excellent driveway. The whole process from start to finish was good, just the wait for planning permission slowed it down. Extremely pleased with end result,all team members worked well together, thanks to Rob for his work with the sleepers.

Creteprint took what i thought was going to be an impossible drive as our house was quite high up. i didn't want a sloping drive but with a bit of planning and their knowledge between us were able to have a flat drive. Michael and his team were hard workers and mustn't forget the hard working from Rob. both me and my wife are proud of our new drive. would highly recommend them.

Michael and his team did a fantastic job laying our new printed concrete driveway. They were always punctual, polite and very professional going above and beyond, even repairing a fence panel for me. Once the job was completed they cleaned up after themselves leaving the driveway and street immaculate. I would highly recommend Creteprint and I'm so pleased I used this company.

Had my new imprinted concrete drive & bit in my back garden put in 9 years ago by Creteprint & they did an amazing job back then. Have had it re-sealed previously but today Michael & another guy re-coloured & re-sealed it & it looks brand new, just like when I first had it done. Michaela has always been super efficient and so helpful and Michael kept me fully informed throught and he & his colleague did an amazing job. Such an efficient, polite & friendly team & really clean workers too. Michael even fixed my already broken fence. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

We were very pleased with the extension laid recently to our driveway Creteprint laid many years ago. The extension matched perfectly. We also had the existing drive re-sealed. All work was done to Creteprint's high standard and cleanliness and would thoroughly recommend their services.

Well what can I say!! Fantastic from start to finish. Michaela was great in explaining all the options to me. Michael, Rob and the rest of the boys (sorry didn’t get your names) went above and beyond even fixing my fence and digging out my soon to be flower beds! I have had so many compliments from my friends and neighbours who will soon be rushing to get theirs done. Thank you again!

I am delighted with the outcome of the drive and the finish. The process from sales to the guys that built the driveway was so polite and always on time which is so rare in the building industry. The clean up and excavation being all included in the price and it being done by square metre is so efficient. Thank you for taking our house from one of the not so attractive ones on the street to a practical and aesthetically pleasing driveway which we can now enjoy and have safety for our cars and have practicality for the cars too.
