Same as everyone, I ordered a product and it never arrived. I contacted the customer service and they never replied. I am going to report this website unless they refund or ship the product.
They never delivered the order, but they charged the credit card immediately. They don't reply to mails.
Google them, you'll find more information.
They also monitor actively what we write here - as soon as I posted the data that I googled about them, they reacted and reported it to Trustpilot requesting removal. So they are present and active, but they don't react to mails. Nor send the orders. Nor give back the money. I hope you're reading this before ordering anything from them.
I ordered Whitening Strips on 15th of May.. I don’t even expect the product to come.. Give me my money back!

I ordered some whitening strips beginning of January, haven't had any shipping number or email update since ordering. I have emailed them and also tried to contact through their online support but have had no response. Do not order from this company! They are crooks!
What a bunch of c@nts. They take your money and don’t deliver the product! They also don’t reply to calls, texts, or emails, so don’t even bother! AVOID at all costs, I ordered from Australia and it just cost me 140 USD which is no small amount for an 18 year old... please if someone lives close to the advertised address (309 Woods Ave 1St Floor Oceanside, NY 11572 USA) report then to the police.
Same here. Ordered from them before, so decided to do so again 2 weeks ago. I have emailed them 4 times, no reply, no order received (supposed to be priority shipping).
I purchased whitening strips from this company in 2016 and received the goods with no problem.
My last order is a completely different story.
My credit card was debited immediately, but I have not received the goods or even a confirmation mail stating that they have been dispatched. The company states that delivery times can be up to 21 days, but that time frame elapsed long ago.
I have written to them several times, both via their website and to their direct email address, but received no reply. Phone calls are never answered.
Clearly this company, having built up a base of customers, is now run by dishonest swindlers intent merely on stealing money. I can therefore only advise you not to purchase from them. There are enough reviews online now that show that this is far from being an isolated incident.
I plan to take action as I am loath to let this matter rest.
Update:
After three months I filed a claim via Paypal and had my money refunded very quickly. Hopefully other people can do the same.
Complete scam.....I have ordered on 4 previous occasions and got the delivery but this time I am waiting 2 months and no reply to any email or answer to their phones.

I ordered stripes 1 week ago and I don't get any information. Today I've sent an email because I can't reach the company by phone.. Normally by normal mail I should have had the stripes already, according to the info on the website. If no reaction or stripes, I'll have to start a claim through VISA.

Ordered whitening strip and money taken from account over a month ago and no product. Emailed them on 5 separate occasions and no reply. Their advertised telephone number do not get answered and you cannot leave a message.
I have now escalated a claim via PAYPAL and they still have not respond,dare I say it is dead money. Such a scam.
I ordered over a month ago, payment was withdrawn from my account and i haven't received anything!!!! Have emailed them with no response! Another poster said this is a scam, its looking like it is!
Doesn't even deserve a star. I ordered two boxes of crest whitestrips and got an email a few days later telling me my order was cancelled.
I never got refunded.
