Ordered an item and immediately emailed customer support to cancel BEFORE shipping. Unsurprisingly they completely ignored my email and shipped anyway. The brand hails from UK but is in fact Chinese (and ships from China). As is usual with Chinese sellers, the customer support is non-existent and basically fraudulent as the products are never ‘as advertised’. I can’t stress enough - do not buy from companies advertising on Facebook. They are all scam companies with not an ounce of moral fibre among them.

I purchased two pair of shorts that took several weeks to arrive, which was surprising. Upon receiving, they didn't fit and the material wasn't what I was expecting. Obviously, shorts that don't fit do me no good. When I contacted them about returning, I was told it would be too expensive for me to return, and they offered me a 15% credit. This started a one-sided negotiation, where they kept upping the offer. When I asked for a return address, they gave me one in China!
My research showed it would cost over $35 to return. Eventually their credit offer increased to 50%, which I had no choice to accept. They also refused to give me a phone number to speak with a live person and threatened that if I complained online, they would re-charge my credit card. The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Avoid purchasing from them!

I ordered 2 pairs of pants, the wring size turned up , they offered for $20 they would send replacements? They sent one pair not 2 and not the pants I ordered then asked for 15% to exchange, do not use this company they are a complete scam

This site is a SCAM buyer beware! The products come directly out of China and when I investigated you can actually buy these poor quality clothes direct from the manufacturer for between $5-$15 AUD. Crestsport mark them up significantly! The shorts I purchased for my husband were advertised as being on-sale images were nothing like the product received they were poor quality, had no branding and such a disappointment I knew the moment I open the package I had been scammed. I requested a full refund only to find out this is impossible to get because you have to return the item to China! This isnt possible because Crestsport wont provide you with their Importers number or a contact name or phone number in China for the Australian Post declaration you must complete to return anything to China! China as very strict mailing rules so returning these items isnt possible. Crestsport when questioned went silent and now refuse to refund or cooperate with the declaration information for Australian Post. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY avoid using Crestsport because they mislead on the product then refuse to accommodate any return for a full refund. This is a scam for your money for items that cost a few dollars and they make hundreds off customers who are lead to believe their website and business is legitimate! I have lost money but a lesson well learnt!

I ordered a size large pair of pants. When I received the item it was a size medium in a size large bag. I contacted customer service and after two weeks of emails there is still no resolution. They requested a photo of the label which I sent along with a photo of the bag which stated large. They then asked me to do a comparison of the medium and a pair of the same pant in another color that I had ordered in large. Next they told me I could keep and give to someone. Then they said they would replace if I paid the $10.00 shipping fee ( why should I pay for anything. I have already paid for a pair of pants that don’t fit.). Next the suggested I try them on. Do you not think that I wouldn’t have tried them on in the beginning. The next round of emails stated they would replace as soon as possible. When I questioned the soon as possible statement they came back wanting another picture. I requested a refund of my money and have not received. Very poor customer service. I would not purchase anything from this company.

I did believe Gareth Jones review, until today. This company doesn't care that you are happy, I emailed them and they sent me a link to Hygosport to buy the $37 battery with an explanation, it doesn't come with battery, period Dot. Hygosport has horrible reviews on Trust Pilot.I sent them emails, waiting for a reply.
In my opinion, this company is one and the same as Hygosport. Don't buy, there descriptions are deceiving. No Battery should have been in large letters.
I bought a heated shawl , a $20 blanket with no heat. The one thing going for them is that the blanket shawl is of good quality, just lacking heat. I requested a return waiting for them to tell me, too bad, so 😔. In my opinion, A scam to buy and not follow through with customer support. Oh by the way, a seven day window for returns.

I really needed to create a Crestsport.com Trutpilot review because this company is Fantastic.

This type of company is becoming more and more rare these days - they are - Honest, Polite, Respectful, generous, Trustworthy = 100% "Customer Service" which many companies seem to abandon lately .

I made a mistake and they corrected that for me within a day, no extra charge, no hassle just very polite, friendly people that made my experience with them very very happy and Valued as a Customer.

This company should be supported as they give 100% to "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and really seem to care about your experience which here in the UK and other western countries now seem to lack overall.

The product I bought, the quality is the best (gloves in my case) and look like they would survive anything and the sizes fit perfectly. Value = 100%

I have never felt the need to write a First Review on Trustpilot, or anywhere else but this company gave me such a good, happy, respectful and the overall feeling of total Respect that I thought this rare type of company deserve it.
