Worst online service

I placed an order on April 14 and did not receive any tracking information until I contacted customer service myself. I was initially told the order would arrive by Friday, then informed of an address issue and that delivery would be delayed until Monday. As of Monday, the tracking now shows delivery expected tomorrow instead.

Communication throughout this process has been inconsistent and unreliable. I was told a manager would contact me, but no call was ever received, and I had to follow up again on my own.

This has been the worst experience I have had with an online order. While delays can happen, the lack of transparency, inaccurate updates, and failure to follow through on commitments are unacceptable.

I would not recommend ordering from Creed Boutique based on this experience.

I ordered a set of 3 fragrance samples from Creed, and my first experience with this brand was shockingly bad. The samples arrived in a pouch that was visibly dirty and worn out — something that looked like it had been pulled straight out of a trash bin. For a company that markets itself as a luxury house and charges hundreds of dollars per bottle, this kind of presentation is absolutely disgraceful.

To make matters worse, the three sample vials weren’t even placed inside their labeled envelopes. They were just tossed loosely into the filthy pouch with no indication of which scent is which. Now I’m left with three unidentifiable samples that I paid full price for — not free, not complimentary, but paid.

This level of carelessness is unacceptable for any brand, let alone one that claims to operate in the luxury segment. After this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I should purchase a full-size Creed fragrance at all. If this is how the brand treats its customers, I’m not confident in the quality or integrity behind the product.

Luxury isn’t just about the price tag — it’s about the experience. And this experience was anything but luxury.

It’s extremely hard to get Perfume…

It’s extremely hard to get Perfume samples these days .
After going to John Lewis in Oxford to the Creed Perfume counter to test the fragrance I encountered a young man spraying tester Purfume all over him self then he picked up a bottle put it in his pocket and run out of the store. I was so shocked we told a member staff she said this happens all the time he be picked up by the camera. Being an elderly lady I was a bit flustered so had to go and have a sit down never got to test Perfume
Last week I emailed Creed Purfume company on line and told them what happened asked if they could send me some samples of two products I was interested in . They told me that’s something they don’t do it seems you have to buy a bottle to receive a sample. Really bad customer experience I think . Did not even thank me for alerting the staff in John Lewis.

Awful awful customer experience

Awful awful customer experience, went to the regent street Creed boutique and it was awful show of customer serice from the beginning.

Went in and no one batted an eye, and if they did they looked at us like we were about to steal. Then when tried to test some fragrances the sales person informs very rudely that they have water inside of them (witch is ironical because creed fragrances have been watered down for years). What perfume shop has bottles full of water the first thing you walk in? Never had that experience, never. And then literally had to ask for permission to spray on the strip. And even then the very rude door man butted in and told not to spray the perfume for some reason. And no need to say anymore we left swiftly after that. Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Awful, snd not to talk about how money hungry these sales people are, its astonishing. And the quality of these perfumes has gone down every year, disgraceful!

I have been using Creed Aventus for years

I have been using Creed Aventus for years. I purchased a 500 ml Creed Aventus bottle from the Creed Covent Garden boutique. After arriving in Istanbul, Turkey, I transferred the fragrance to Creed’s original refill bottle and started using it. However, incredibly, the product either seems expired or inauthentic. The scent has no resemblance to Aventus, and its longevity is a maximum of half an hour. The 500 ml bottle also lacks a protective cap. I don’t want to accuse anyone, but either the fragrance has been swapped or it has deteriorated. I paid £845, and customer service has been absolutely unhelpful. Even though I mentioned that I am currently not in London, they insist I bring the bottle back to the store. Do I really have to travel back to the UK just for this?

I cannot understand this approach from a supposedly global brand. They are not standing behind a defective product. If I hadn’t known this perfume well, why would I have bought the 500 ml version? I will never use or recommend this brand again. My trust is broken. I will share my experience on every forum and review site I can. I believe a good, global brand should stand behind its customers.

Soft

Soft, crisp, and clean scent. I have very sensitive sinus and skin. I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and it didn’t cause me to break out nor did it burn my eyes. These got here in time. I do admit the high price of $300+ threw me off but it’s worth it.
