I’ve had a relationship with the SOUTHWARK branch for a number of years now. Gone through some traumatic experience and I could only turn to these guys.
One thing I will say is, I think someone new took over management years back and for years it has been straight forward, loan process overall is swifter than ever, they are not just providing fantastic services, but they care to maintain this too!

I have been trying to get loan for a…
I have been trying to get loan for a very very long time and i have been declined twice in 2 years now even though been told that money will be taken out on the payslip as where i work is part of the company
My problem is both times you guys took time and both times there was literally no communication before declining it it was to do with funeral expense this time and i needed a boiler when i rang in i was told by the person IT WAS ME WHO HELPED YOU LAST TIME so you can not say we were not in touch yet when i said i never received email i was told may be problem is with your email i gave them my work one even on that i have not received ANYTHING
IF YOU DONT WANT TO HELP PEOPLE WHY TAKE ALL THE DETAILS?
