The support I received was very good
The support I received was very good. I couldn’t purchase the Automator when I signed up, so I wrote an email to the support team. They got back to me first thing in the morning, of the very next business day. The rep listened to my problem and helped me through process of getting the Automator and made sure I had it downloaded and it was ready to use.

Had a problem with my billing, but Leo helped me out and that made me feel okay, but I had lingering questions on this matter. The next day, another rep Ann called me and graciously refunded one of the two charges which made me feel really good about this company. Amazing!
