I would give anything to be able to order this book because everything in the video was exactly what I’ve been going through and for the past four weeks I’ve been trying to get approved for a loan will need to be at that point in my life we’re literally feeling like I’m losing the world to live But the problem is is that I’m on disability. What little Social Security I get high school all to keeping a roof over me and my mother‘s head and food in the house and there’s nothing left over so even at $39. It’s just not something I can afford. It sucks But I guess I’m just one of the lucky ones and I get to deal with the creditors for the rest of my life, but I really hope that America can make their credit score better with this secret. It was good to hear about it even if I can’t do it myself so do anybody who had bought the book? I wish you guys good luck with it. It’s a amazing program. You can tell by the way he talks about it in the video. Good luck.

Ann is a very helpful, knowledgeable, professional employee. She provides great customer service. Hope she is acknowledge for the great work she does and I hope she receives a pay increase and promotion. She is awesome! I hope you higher other representatives that possesses all of the fantastic qualities Ann possesses. She represents Credit Secrets/Simple Pocket Money well. She makes the company look very professional. I have been fortunate to be able to get assistance from Ann twice since joining the company. I am hoping anytime I call and need assistance I always get her because she knows her job and some of the other reps only knew some of their job which has caused me to have to call in multiple times to get my questions answered or issues resolve. While with Ann its a one time call every time you speak with her she gets your questions answered or issues resolved on the 1st call. Ann is great! I just can't say enough good about Ann. My Credit improved about 100pts from each bureau. I hit a plateau and will be using a service to take me further. This was a great educational foundation. Many letters received the response that it did not look like I was sending it, so it would be disregarded.

I do a lot of business online and CreditSecrets has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Leo the customer Service reprehensive did a outstanding job in answering my questions. They are fast and efficient. In 2025 so many companies use bots to resolve problems, not CreditSecrets. You talk to a real person (Leo) and that is refreshing! I am in the lending business and they are a model business that I intend to recomend to my clients. I upgraded to all the options and would recomend others do the same.

Doing everything possible for the client.…
Calling me back and replying to my e-mail questions. That is service. I am a medical doctor and I believe in service. I offer my patients the opportunity to call me 24 hours per day and 365 days a year and i am open to doing home visits or house calls when I can. Patients ask me why other doctors don't do the same and I reply that they should be taking care of their patients like that. That is "service". And, that is what I see in Credit Secrets, and I really appreciate it!
