Great accessibility on credit scores
Usually has credit information on our credit applicants, but there are many that started business 2 years ago and less and there is no information on Creditsafe. We love the ability to look up the credit information on our own and not have to wait for a report.

Rushed Renewal
The renewal of Creditsafe was very rushed; staff did not give me much time to review pricing before the product term expired and every question I asked seemed to generate three additional emails. The main point of contact went on vacation and wasn't copying anyone else internally, which resulted in the service expiring before a decision could be made.
