Just a big scam, don't waste your time and money. They promise your results, but there is absolutely no results. Hard to reach them, If you have questions and they won't let you cancel, you have to pay them for ninety days, no matter what.

This company completely misrepresented its services during the consultation process. They promised to dispute all items on my behalf, but in reality they only sent one round of letters to a small portion of the creditors they claimed they would contact.

After repeatedly following up with them multiple times, they still only sent letters to about 35% of the creditors they originally promised to handle. Beyond that, no additional action was taken.

The information provided during the consultation was extremely misleading, and the service did not match what was advertised. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money.

This company is ASS! "Oh we can raise your 150 pts within the first 90 days" what they fail to tell you is that, that 150 is divided by all 3 bureaus so if you score raises 50 pts for each bureaus that is 150 pts. Everything they do you can do yourself for free. They said they raised my score over 200 pts (combining all 3 bureus) but what really happen is that over those 3 months I got my credit utilization down from 78% to 15% and opened a new CC while taking advantage of credit building programs like Ava. They did absolutely nothing but got $450 out of me but it's ok you live and you learn. Highly recommend you stay away.

I would like to share that this company does nothing for the 90 days. They made my credit worse at one point, and at the end my credit score went back to its original rate. I asked these people to close my account in January, and they ignored my message, and have been withdrawing from my account without my consent. I left messages to Jacquilyn at Credit Culture and recently have provided her with the opportunity to refund me. Since the day I requested she close my account. I will get back with the outcome.

The worst Credit Repair company. I was contacted by phone to do business..Tom the Sales agent sounded very convincing...As a Business Owner, I know the Value of having Great credit. I have work with a credit repair agency in the past and got EXCELLENT results in 30days. However, due to COVID my business and credit score took a great hit. I decided to go with this company as they stated in their marketing that they guarantee a 150 points increase in 190 days and $0 to start. This is a Lie. I had to pay before my paperwork was submitted. I told Tom that I have tried other companies with no success..I was reassured that this would work and although the program was 12 mos...I would not be locked into a contract if my score was not increased. I also mentioned to him that I would ABSOLUTELY pay their program fee of $150 per month if they did the work to improve my credit. They claimed negative items were removed but instead of my score improved...it dropped..I even mentioned this to Tom on one of our Followup calls.
Please DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR INFO OR CREDIT CARD info. Although I have cancelled, they constantly attempt to charge my card at least 20 times since the beginning of January 2026..I have reached out to my credit card company about what occurred.

been with them for 2 months see haven't seen progress i think they purposely take their time to keep you paying as of right now I'm stuck for 12 months hope i see progress soon because its 150 a month they charge you nothing upfront after 7 days its 150 and if you want a cancel they give you 5 days to cancel after payment if you don't cancel your stuck for 12 months i will revise my review if i see reults i will keep you guys updated

These guys will promise they can do things they cannot do. They lied about items being deleted from my credit over the entire process and when I caught them they tried to argue that they weren't lying. Do not use these guys. 480$ wasted .
