I purchased a £299 website package from Creative Weberium which was advertised as a complete service with “no yearly charges or monthly fees.”

After paying, I was asked to pay additional fees (£499–£899) for hosting and security, which had not been disclosed before purchase. I raised concerns, as I expected everything to be included as advertised, but was told hosting was my responsibility.

In my experience, this lack of transparency was disappointing. I have since requested a refund and decided to look for another provider who is clearer about all costs upfront.

I would like to share my experience with Creative Weberium, I posted a request on bark and got multiple emails and phone calls. I decided to share the project scope with this company as their approach was professional and their past work was marvelous which made me award the project to them. They completed the website within the mentioned timeline and changes were also made quickly and they even guided me how to manage the website on my own easily through the dashboard. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Lack of professionalism, poor customer service and lack of transparency on charges, you end up being charged extra for things never mentioned before.

I would not recommend Creative Weberium Ltd based on my experience.

I purchased their advertised “Custom Combo Package” for £299, which was promoted as a complete website solution including design, development, integrations, CMS, SEO, and hosting setup guidance — with “no yearly charges or monthly fees.”

However, after payment, I was suddenly asked to pay hundreds of pounds extra for hosting and “security plug-ins” that were never disclosed upfront. When I raised concerns, I was told hosting was “my responsibility” and accused of breaching the contract. At one point, they compared hosting to “fuel for a car,” suggesting it should have been obvious.

This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Hosting is a basic requirement for any website and should have been transparently explained before payment, not afterwards. Their approach felt misleading, and I had to challenge them repeatedly just to get clarity.
