Great company with excellent communication. I must be honest and say i was a little dubious when ordering my number, i was told by tesco mobil that retrieving my old number which i had for 17 years was nigh on impossible, then after a short search found the number on Create Numbers, so i had a punt fully expecting to loose my money to a scam or something, i couldn't have been more wrong, they always responded to my emails and answered my calls, the process took around 10days with clear instructions what to do. Thanks for getting my number back, i'm very happy and would gladly recommended

Absolutely disappointed with this company. They are now on the 18th day, and still haven’t received my item. Terrible communication. Don’t respond to emails avoid this company at all costs

Customers are advised to allow 7-10 working days to complete delivery of custom numbers. I can see your order was dispatched for delivery within 7 working days and received the tracking reference by email to confirm this.
The order should have arrived the following day. We're sorry to hear that your order was lost in transit. A member of our team called to reassure you and provide alternative methods of delivery to get you connected the day after we were notified of the issue.
Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you until we received your feedback and a dispute raised with PayPal.

The process was straightforward and simple to complete. It takes a bit of time for the numbers to be ready and another bit to actually transfer them to your carrier, but otherwise exactly what I was looking for. Looking forward to doing buisiness with them in the future

Great Service
I was able to choose from a few numbers all with individual pricing and then decide if I wanted a physical sim(I did) or a PAC code to transfer the number.
The sun arrived a few weeks after purchase in the timeframe I was given and I have managed to open a new account with my phone provider and everything was very smooth.
