The finished product looks amazing. And it was exactly as advertised when I received it. The order came in very fast. Also I received feedback both before and after my purchase. The customer service was very good. I highly recommend Create Neon to anyone. From the smallest to the largest, the quality of the sign was excellent. I look forward to purchasing more signs from them soon. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed. I thought that my sign would be too difficult but it came out perfect. Give them a try.

Horrible service, non responsive and product turned out nothing as the mock up sent to me. I paid extra for faster shipping and they still sent it around the same time as regular shipping. I have ordered 3 more signs from a different company and am very satisfied

I didn't receive the dimmer switch or remote as advertised, but the overall product was good.

I'm still waiting on mine! But I did contact for a update about how long the process takes and no respond for days and still no answer. They need to work on customers service better.

Item wasn't even printed correctly, I paid over $100 for the two week shipping to accelerate it. They printed it horribly wrong, like not even close to centered (which was the option I approved and we had consistently worked towards). It was then too late for the initial reason I ordered it, but they refused to refund me, insisting on reprinting it even though it would literally cost the less to return it and the item was too late.

Highly recommend! I uploaded a company logo for a preliminary quote, and after I gave some feedback on the initial mock-up… OMG the final design was so much cooler than I ever would have come up with on my own. Very talented people! Thank you for the collaboration!! Oh and I plugged in the custom light within 2 weeks of my initial outreach. Amazing.

This has been the most disappointing experience. We ordered a neon sign in Teal and received Green instead. While the product's quality and delivery speed were good, Create Neon's complete failure in customer service ruined what could've been a great experience.

After receiving the wrong item, I immediately contacted the vendor to correct it. I followed up four more times over 39 days—via text and email—with zero response. When they finally replied, they promised to 'look into it,' but 17 days and two more follow-ups later, nothing. Complete silence.

The worst part? This was totally avoidable. We were more than happy to work with them to resolve the situation amicably. Despite an otherwise great product, Create Neon's negligence and lack of professionalism after 56 days without any attempt to resolution is alarming. If they send you the wrong product, expect to be stuck with it and a $400+ bill.

Steer clear—there are much better options for your signage needs.

Advertised with 2 year warranty. My sign is only a matter of months old and won't light up. I've contacted the company via Facebook, Instagram, email and WhatsApp repeatedly and they are not responding.

Recently ordered two signs for my windows with UV protection. Got my signs today and they aren't even close to what was depicted. Spent over 1100 to find that instead of getting a full neon style sign, I got a few loops of legs and a UV black light painted logo, which is not what was discussed or shown. Company is now not responding.
