The sign is perfect. Very reasonably priced. Super fast shipping. We had an issue with there being a dead spot in the first sign and it was replaced no questions asked. Highly recommend this company. Jordan was outstanding to work with! Will definitely order from him again

I purchased a beautiful neon sign for what was my son’s new sandwich shop. Delivery was quick, the colors were exactly what we wanted and it was the perfect way to welcome to those who came to eat there. A year and a half later, the business tragically burned to the ground. Fortunately, with the help of his community, my son has been able to open in a new temporary location. We knew right away that he needed the same sign that had been in the old building to welcome customers into the new location, so I placed another order with Create Neon. Again, delivery was prompt, colors were perfect and the new sign has helped make the new location feel a bit more like “home”. I really can’t say enough good about their product. My first order was shipped from China and ended up in another state. I reached our to the company and it took about a week to get back to me. They did rush to get my order replaced and I did receive the second order in a shorter period of time. The sign came out great.

My business is Elite Combat and Fitness, I was excited to receive my sign, but unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations. One of the letters was loose upon arrival, and a cable was pinched between a letter and the casing. When we turned the sign on, the cable melted—a serious safety concern. Additionally, the "Combat & Fitness" text beneath "Elite" was not proportioned correctly, making it look much smaller and barely visible. A good sign is everything for a new business, so this was disappointing and honestly heartbreaking. I have pictures of the issues, but there's no option to attach them.

What a great experience. And great quality results. Start to finish. Using them again!
