Able to start treatment as soon as it was able to order meds and safe cycle to start treatment , clear and informative of options no pressure, friendly staff and able to accommodate to use the other clinics for my bloods and scans, special mention to Wolverhampton nursing team, and amazing support and egg collection from Birmingham team.

Outstanding level of care received. Appointments always on time and staff were so friendly, professional and caring. Special thank you to Victoria x

I know that everyone’s journey is different but cannot thank the staff enough at Create. After 3 years of unsuccessfully TTC our second child (first was naturally conceived) we gave ivf a shot. One round and 9 months later our beautiful boy was born.

Aside from our story, every single member of staff was 10/10. They are compassionate, kind and considerate whilst ensuring you have the full knowledge and information needed every step of the way.

A huge thank you to Vicky and the team at Wolverhampton, and a massive thank you to Baz (at least I think that was his name apologies if I’ve got it wrong) at Solihull who held my hand through the egg retrieval. You are all an absolute credit to the company!

we went to create as my sister had also used them and had a good experience, both of us older ladies and we were made to feel at ease from the first consultation, no judgement about trying for a baby later in life.
Victoria and Helen that looked after us were brilliant, even answering emails and questions after we had a positive pregnancy test and had been handed over the the NHS, nothing was too much trouble.
We decided to go with an egg donor. and although the waiting list was up to 6 months they found one matching our criteria within a few weeks.
The process is quite long and can be be worrying at times, but they were always at the end of the phone or email to answer any concerns.
Overall a very good experience, very caring team, would highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience to be part of Create Fertility. The guidelines and treatment given by them was outstanding. I would really appreciate the team who really cooperated us to start our new journey of parenthood 🎉♥️ as we are blessed with a baby boy in October!!

I cannot thank the staff and specialists enough. I began investigations at the beginning of the year after being on a 3 year infertility journey with the NHS and previous clomid rounds. On my first appointment I was disappointed by my BMI being too high but I finally got the diagnosis I suspected for years PCOS. This helped me look into a healthy diet and utilise the correct medication to aid over 2 stone weight loss.
We had our egg collection and fresh embryo embryo transfer earlier in the year which was unsuccessful and obviously heart breaking. The nurse looking after me, nurse V had nothing but time and patience with me. She helped answer all my questions no matter what they were and eased my anxiety.
IVF is so tough and even worse when you live with anxiety daily but the support I’ve received during my treatment I cannot complain. We had our frozen embryo transfer in august after slight changes to my progesterone medication. I’m so happy to say it was successful confirmed by the clinic! Although there’s a price to private care I would not be in this position without finding create fertility. My main base was Wolverhampton however I also experienced all transfers and my egg collection at Birmingham. I would recommend this clinic to any couples struggling to conceive. Thank you all again!

Create were fantastic throughout the whole treatment from the initial consultation to the embryo transfer. Unfortunately I wasn't successful but I can't fault the support and guidance given from Create. I want to thank them for the support especially in the Wolverhampton Clinic. I am not sure what my next steps are yet as I am 38 but I am hopeful.

A fantastic experience with Create Fertility which led to a healthy baby boy! The care received from all throughout this journey, from the nurses and doctors to the patient coordinators has been second to none (especially Victoria and Helen!) I felt supported and understood what was happening every step of the way. Thank you so much to the team involved in my care, you have helped forever change our lives for the better!

Excellent professionalism and leadership skills

The staff have been amazing at the Wolverhampton and Birmingham locations. At every stage they have explained everything, been extremely efficient and caring and put my mind at ease - which means a lot to me because I get overwhelmed and emotional sometimes. At every stage they kept me updated and keep checking that I am ok. I have had an embryo transfer and I am praying that it will work out for us.

All the staff is AMAZING. The support they give you is beyond their duties. They makes you feel comfortable and you can ask anything anytime. It's not like "another case" they get to know you as well and support you all the way. If I could I would give them more stars.
I have visited Wolverhampton and Birmingham branches.
