Great clinic transparency with awesome staff and affordable prices

I am beyond gutted at the experience i have had so far at create fertility. I am a current patient who orginally had enquired through creates loughton branch, I attended a webinar, and a friend had got preganant after 2 rounds of IVF through create so i was very excited for my journey here. I have been constantly let down, left waiting and money taken from me, mixed communication and messed around.
1) I booked via loughton, then after my £500 depoist was made I was told loughton is now closed as a branch. On booking I was told i would get £175 off as I attended the august webinar where they had a deal on so I was overcharged for this, this was at the start of september, they communicated they sent a refund - I still havent got this.
2) My first ultrasound i was left waiting for 30 minutes.
3) i then had blood tests booked, in st pauls instead of loughton (as this was now closed) in st pauls which is a hour journey for me, for me and my partner to be waiting 1 hour for blood tests, even though we had a pre-booked appointment.
4) I then was told to come to st pauls for a "treatment scan" for 8.30am on a Monday. I had taken the morning off work for this, on arrival i was told no nurse was available and if i could come back at 10am. I went to a local shop and got some breakfast and then was called by the DR who explained that I shouldnt have been booked in at all and this should of been a virtual consultation. The dr was very apologetic and spoke me through everything, she explained I would be able to start on my next cycle if my smear test was back. I had no apology from my patient coordinator at all.

As my cycle was just 1 week away - I decided to go private and the smear has cost me over £500, but I knew it would be worth it if i started my treatment for my next cycle. I had consistently asked if anything was outstanding and was told nothing was.

Today - I had contacted them to let them know I am likely coming on my period sooner, I paid my next payment of £500, and then was told my husband needed more tests - even though i had consistently asked and followed up. I tried to call the clicnic 3 times and was told my patient coordinator would be ringing me back. I have recieved no call back today.

Its now the weekend - I am due to start my cycle, and left devestated that I've spent so much money in order to start my cycle as told by the DR to now recieveing no response at all at such an important time period. I have done everything I can on my side, constantly messed around and travelled for appointments which was wrongly booked and recieved no communication today. Fertility is something so sensitive and I have been truly left devestated by my experience, It has left me very little faith that the treatment will work as they have been so disorganised and no empathy.

Do not waste your money by going here. its been awful.

Update:6th October: to add to my frustrations create fertility have replied quicker to this review than my emails/calls!

Create/ABC were just amazing. Every single member of staff, from the receptionists, to the patient coordinators, the consultants and surgeons were all sympathetic, knowledgable and ultimately led us to now having our happy, healthy baby. We really felt they had our best interests at heart and could not have done more to support us along our journey.

I want to thank everyone at create fertility for their professionalism, especially Luisa. I was very anxious but from the moment I met her up until I left, she was reasuring, patient and friendly. Thank you for making my ivf journey kinder.

Really good experience with Create Fertility. The team were always responsive, easy to make appointments with and gave a great service of care. Mark and Magda looked after me during the procedure very well.

The team were lovely, especially the nurses! Magda and Daisy were lovely and kept me laughing even when I thought I would pee on them

Today i had my first FET and the service was spot on. I was looked after by Dr Jane,Claire,Noveline and Magda,they were really nice to us,answered all our questions with professionalism and care. Thank you for your support.

Daisy, our nurse, was so kind, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. The entire team was lovely, friendly and helpful, and we felt well cared for every step of the way. I would highly recommend Create Fertility to anyone considering fertility treatment. ❤️

We had a warm welcome when we arrived and during each stage of the procedure we were welcomed by each member of staff. The staff were friendly and reassuring throughout and everything was well explained. The nursing staff, Daisy, Louisa and Sabrina as well as Dr Beebeejuan were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. For an experience which was already worrying, uncertain and emotionally charged, the staff really supported us and reassured us and showed us they could be trusted by us.

My experience in create was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the nurses were kind, calm, supportive, and reassuring. They explained every step of the process to my husband and I also they made sure we understood what was happening throughout my treatment.

I would especially like to thank Daisy, Louisa , and Sabrina, who were there for me throughout my egg collection and embryo transfer. Their support meant so much to me.

Sabrina, in particular, talked me through everything during the transfer, encouraged me, and constantly reassured me by telling me that I was doing a great job. The doctors were also incredibly supportive and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole experience.

The moment we successfully transferred our little bundle of joy was incredibly special. Seeing the embryo being transferred was such a beautiful and emotional experience for us, and it is something I will never forget.

I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am to everyone who looked after me. The care, kindness, encouragement, and professionalism I received made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more comfortable and positive.

I am truly grateful that I had the opportunity to meet such wonderful people, and I will always remember the care and support they gave me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had an exceptionally good experience from Create Fertility Clinic at St Paul. From the very beginning, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, supportive, and genuinely keen to help throughout the entire journey. They made me feel comfortable, well cared for, and supported at every step.

I would especially like to mention Dr Poornima, who did my scan on first day and last day at clinic and the all the doctors who scanned me and the doctor who did my egg collection and embryo transfer( I don’t know their names),they all were absolutely wonderful. Their professionalism, kindness, patience, and willingness to help really stood out, and I truly appreciate the care and support they provided.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The whole team went above and beyond to make the experience as positive and reassuring as possible. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and a genuinely supportive team.

The whole nursing team at Create St Pauls were fantastic. I felt assured and comfortable at each stage. I appreciated that the nurses in theatre all intoduced themselves and created a friendly environment, and Leanne talked me through the sedation so kindly. Luisa and Magda were thorough in checking me before being discharged and gave clear instructions on next steps. Thank you all.

First class on transfer day - see some new faces - Daisy, Claire and Sabrina couldn’t have been better - funny, calming warm and professional - the team had excellent chemistry too -Our doctor was 1st class, said everything steps by step so all clear.

I had a frozen embryo transfer this morning with two very gentle and supportive staff from the St Paul clinic, Dr Dotic and Claire explained everything well and even printed some scan photos at the end. Well recommend!

First class treatment by the team. Dr Enrique, Mejda, Morjam and Luise were awesome.

To start with the nurses Nirmala, and rudo who did my scans. Thank you so much you have been incredibly patient with me and been really supportive and so kind. Alison it was a pleasure to meet you and for all your support and being so caring thank you. She made sure to prioritise my wellbeing

It was lovely to meet Noveline and Marjam, thank you so much for looking after me you were both incredibly kind and caring I felt I was in great hands when feeling vulnerable. Both were very thorough when explaining things like how to take the medications. I really appreciate noveline for checking up on me to see if I was okay and was reassuring me to not worry and stay calm, thank you!

Dr Preetham Rao at St Pauls was great. She got us the result we wanted, first time around, after we had moved from another clinic that was simply unable to. We appreciated the more natural, less medicated approach, and Dr Rao's caring and patient manner.

We also appreciated having a single point of contact (Debbie) for all the administrative questions, rather than having to speak to a different person every time.
