Words cannot express our gratitude to Create Fertility. We had been trying for several years and when we decided to go privately, we came across your Clinic.

From the very first moment we stepped into the Clinic we felt a wonderful positive energy. The love, care, and support from the doctors and nurses were unmatched right from our first consultation to the final appointment.

We were treated by Dr. Kulkarni. His exceptional guidance and the treatment we received under his care blessed us with our precious baby! Dr. Kulkarni is surely our miracle doctor. We can never forget this life-changing experience. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kulkarni and all the doctors and nurses for giving us our bundle of joy.

Today I had my embryo transfer at the clinic, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team. Everyone was incredibly kind, respectful, and caring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your warm welcome, professionalism, and sincerity throughout this important journey.

I would also like to give special recognition to Leanne, Noveline, and Dr. Ivanka. They were absolutely wonderful, supportive, and compassionate. Their care and dedication made me feel comfortable and well looked after.

The worst unregulated company, You are nothing but a number and they are just after your money,

They just after the money, they dont care about you or your issues or your fertility its all money masked under “ care”. They lost my payment the whole department couldnt find it, then they wouldnt let me go ahead until i paid. Im stil unsure on what to do tomorrow but im going to start meds anyways an hope for the best, i got ignored, they gave me stress, so if ur thinking of treatment find somewhere else. They wil reply to this email that theyr going to sort it out but watch nothing happen its jus to look good. Iv paid my whole treatment inc meds inc storage and they stil chasing me for payment n wont give me any further help til i apparently pay it again.

This place doesn't know how to respond to emails whether you are awaiting test results, want a refund or chasing up s complaints update. Absolute diabolical

I am holding my 8 weeks old gorgeous baby girl as I write this review. This wouldn't be possible without all incredible people that work for Create.
Last week we took our baby girl back to the St Paul's clinic, to show her where her life has started and to thank the staff who were behind this miracle. It was a very emotional moment for us to go back to the place where we spent many hopeful hours. Back then Create staff were with us each step of the way always very supportive, caring and ready to answer any of our concerns. I was a very anxious patient and the Create team always were patient with me explaining, comforting and finding the right words to soothe my anxieties. We did 3 IVF cycles and our baby girl was born from the first attempt (!) of frozen embryo transfer.
During our visit, we had a chance to meet not only doctors, nurses and reception/administration staff who were part of the process, but also the embryologists who work in the laboratory creating these miracles. Special thanks to Mario Terribile - laboratory manager and his wonderful team - Dipika, Easwarya, Triantafyllia and Marta. As Mario joked they were the first babysitters of our little girl, when she was only a bundle of few cells. We are so grateful for their pristine work and for helping to make our dream come true.
We highly recommend Create and would give them 6 stars if possible.

We are deeply grateful to the entire medical team and to Dynah for their outstanding care and support. From the very beginning they showed remarkable attention to detail, explaining every step clearly and thoughtfully. Diana stayed in close contact with us throughout the process, always prompt and compassionate, answering every question — including follow-ups — and guiding us through difficult moments. Their professionalism, persistence, and genuine commitment to our care never wavered; they truly never gave up on us. Thanks to them we felt heard, supported, and confident at every stage.

Everyone I have encountered has been incredibly kind and caring. They have always been incredibly helpful and answered any questions I have. During a very emotional and at times stressful situation I have always felt supported and like there is never a silly question.

I just finished three cycles of treatements at Create Fertility St Paul's and I am grateful for professional services and care received there. Everyone I come across during the past 6 months - from consultant, to lad emcryologist, to nurses and reception stuff has all demonstrated high level of professionalism, friendliness and empathy.

Special thanks go to clinic leading consultant Dr Kulkurni whose professional advice has provide assurance for this journey; Dr Rao and Dr Achaga for successful conducting procedures; Phlebotomist Stacy who is an angel and always offer words of encouragement; Patient coordinator Dynah who is very responsive to my enquiries and nurse Janice that goes out of way to help...and many more.

Overall, I highly recommed this clinic if you consider fertility treatement.

From the start up to the egg retrieval, the process was so smooth and structured. Was at ease and great service.

Awful experience with the process management and communication!!
Already feel exhausted before starting the treatment. Cannot believe this is a reputable clinic

1. Had to chase for booking an appointment for treatment plan discussion as the assigned case coordinator did not respond neither email or call after trying for a week
2. Case coordinator was changed after the nurse consultation but we were not informed and no contact of the new coordinator
3. Medication was supposed to be ordered after the payment was done, but no update for 3 days, till I called in
4. Consent forms are not fully released to us and they did not find out until I called in to locate my medication

Possibly need to delay the procedure as it is unlikely to get the medication. Point is if I did not call in to location my medication, they did not even notice that some consent forms are missing and needs to be updated.

Call centre was rubbish and so insensitive

Staff have been very helpful and informative.

We had an initial consultation and have since then emailed several times and and now being ignored because we wanted to get our initial results in detail so that we can discuss what we want to do next. They gave us an overview and now refused to respond. Even two stars is probably too much.

I had a fantastic experience with ABC (st Albans)and Create fertility (st Paul’s). Special thanks to Deidre and Helena in St Albans, who were amazing and very much on hand to guide me throughout my embryo freezing journey. On the day of the procedure, Claire and the team at St Paul’s were so kind and confident, and I felt in very safe hands. Thank you for the work you do!

The staff team are so warm, kind and friendly and really make you feel at ease. Thank you to Claire and Hannah who looked after us today. We really appreciate everything that you are doing for us. See you soon for our embryo transfer!

Poor communication. Lack of interest in patients outcome.
Firstly, they are not very transparent about the fact they use milder drugs so your treatment will yield less eggs. Only once you pay do you receive an email video about this. Prior to this point, the consultation fails to discuss this.
Secondly, after my failed IVF I did not receive a consultation to go over the outcome.
Thirdly, after months of continued infertility I called the clinic asking for more tests to be done and was offered a blood test. It showed I had elevated thyroid function, beyond the normal range for a women to conceive. The thyroid association recommends any women trying to conceive to have their TSH level tested. This test was never offered to me even though it can have significant impact on a women’s fertility, rate of miscarriage or pregnancy complications. As fertility specialists they would have been aware of this but out of negligence never offered or even mentioned this test.
Finally, once more test were done to investigate my thyroid, my follow up call (which I had already waited a week for) was cancelled an hour before the appointment. As another appointment was not scheduled until three days later I asked for my blood tests results to be emailed over, which they refused. Seeing as I spent £210 on them and they are my blood tests results I expect more.

The experience from start to finish was one we will remember for our life time. The team here made a difficult process to undertake feel special and exciting all at once. Every one of the team have an unforgettable and warm energy. They support you at each step. We undertook shared motherhood and have been successful on our first transfer.

We first used Create Fertility several years ago and had a positive outcome – our first child. Because of that, we trusted them again for a frozen embryo transfer in 2025. Sadly, what followed can only be described as total incompetence.

From the start, communication and administration were chaotic. We were asked to repeat blood tests we later discovered weren’t required, and when we questioned it, we were told it was due to a “new regulation” that turned out not to exist. We were also given medication instructions by a non-clinical staff member which were incorrect and led to the entire cycle being cancelled. This caused real physical discomfort, loss of confidence, and a huge emotional toll.

We were repeatedly left waiting for calls that never came, spoken to dismissively, and at one point effectively accused of lying about a payment we had already made – something that felt humiliating and unnecessary. The clinic later admitted mistakes, yet despite multiple offers from us to mediate and resolve things fairly, no genuine attempt was made to do so.

This wasn’t our first concern with ABC / Create – during our first successful cycle, there had even been a serious error where I was given another women’s identification wristband on the day of embryo transfer. That incident was brushed off at the time as a one-off. In hindsight, it now feels like a warning sign of wider systemic issues.

Trying for our second child with this clinic has cost us financially and emotionally. It’s been deeply disappointing to see how poor communication and lack of accountability can overshadow what should have been a hopeful and exciting process.

We have since moved our embryos to Care Fertility, where the professionalism, compassion, and quality of care have been on a completely different level. We are now 20 weeks pregnant following a successful FET, and the contrast in standards between the two clinics could not be starker.

We share this so that others understand our experience and can make informed decisions about where to entrust something as sensitive and important as fertility treatment.
