There are some pleasant people who work for Create but I regret using them for a number of reasons and would not recommend them:

You have to phone a switchboard each time although there is a patient coordinator you can't speak to them directly.

Doctors appointments that are half an hour long always start late (often by 15 minutes and then you just get a rushed 15 minute session)

Trying to get clear information and guidance is very difficult and often conflicting. It was only after insisting on the 15 minutes of time missed due to my last late running appointment that I found out I needed extra tests before implantation that no-one had told me about before, I would easily have had the implantation without having them and been at a disadvantage.

Another time I was advised one thing by the doctor and a completely different thing by the embriologists and then told I'd have to decide to go with one or the other with an hour's notice with no further support or guidance.

The Manchester clinic has signage telling you to park in a neighbouring carpark, what they don't tell you is that that only two floors can be used or you'll get a £65 fine. When I told them they should make the guidance clearer they didn't care.

I wish I'd used a different clinic for a better patient experience and clear support.

We froze embryos with this clinic as I have low ovarian reserve. I can honestly say it was a great experience. I had a few consultations with other clinics in the area, all of which made me feel scared or that I was running out of time (I'm 29 and in one case left the doctor's office crying).

I had a consultation with Dr.Tamer and immediately felt at ease. The treatment itself was a lot quicker than I expected- just over a week of injections and then in for collection.

The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. It is a scary process to go through but I felt in good hands with the team at CREATE.

Thank you so much to the team at CREATE Manchester. We had 8 eggs collected which has turned into 4 embryos waiting for us.

Awful communication the whole way through, makes what is expected to be an exciting yet scary time, into a very stress filled process. Can never get hold of people, and have to chase them up about things constantly and no real coordination actually occurs.

On two occasions we had to go back down for bloods shortly after just being at the clinic, due to poor organisation, which was very upsetting as we live 6 hours drive away, and the second time, we had specifically asked if there were any bloods needed that we could do while we were there, and were told no.

On one occasion my partner was told by a doctor that because she was young, she would only need 1 or 2 rounds of IVF and since we’d had one failed round already, this round would work and she would get pregnant. Which is really not something you should state to a client, when there is always a chance it will not work.

After our last negative test we were told by the nurse that phoned, that someone would be in touch with next steps, 1 week later we had still heard nothing, we decided to leave the clinic, as it was clear we had once again been forgotten, and we just felt abandoned.

Everything feels very drawn out, and at our new clinic, the time between egg collection and transfer was exactly half the time as it was at CREATE Manchester.

This review isn’t to be to be taken wholly negative, this is about our own personal experience with this clinic.
My wife and I went through fertility treatment, IUI and ivf. We were aware that it may not work and we went into this being realistic in regards of the results and what may happen. It unfortunately was not meant for us, and that is okay.
However, the communication of the admin side of the clinic was not great, we had spent numerous times making phone calls and emails to get hold of someone and for someone to get in touch with us before treatments. We missed one cycle because of this. We messaged a few times about payment, when we pay, what we pay and how we pay, for us to be spoken to in front of other patients that “we had not yet paid”, which made us feel slightly embarrassed, considering we had tried to do so.
After our final treatment cycle, we called to say that it was not positive and that was that. I’m aware that there is the counselling service, which luckily, me and my wife have taken the negative news well and are moving into other options so we do not need to use it. However, I feel that services that you pay for should be more person centred. I am concerned that others who may not have the resilience to cope with negative news may struggle with the lack of support. I just thought the clinic would have made contact at least to ask what our next steps are. We had contemplated moving clinics before moving into IVF but we had already put money into it.
I will say that the nursing side of the clinic is amazing, they do make you feel very at ease and talk you through each procedure and are so supportive. If I could give just the nursing side 5 stars I would.
I just hope other people will see this review and just be a little more aware and I hope the clinic improve on its communication.

The staff at create made our experience so calm for us they went above and beyond for us we’ve been with create for 4 years and finally got our little miracle baby can’t thank them enough 🩵 Will definitely be coming back for our next cycle 🩵

Wonderful staff, very supportive and everything was clearly explained at every stage. The facility was clean and well set up, it didn't feel overwhelming or too big.

I wanted to write a review for a while. Finally got a chance. I just wanted to thank all of the Create team for their efforts. We had frozen embryos which we used from a previous IVF cycle. From transferring the embryos to the clinic to getting the procedure done everyone was very professional. All the apps and communication was great.
I'd personally like to thank Emma she was so lovely and supportive. Now I have a 3 week old baby girl!.

Appreciate all the staff for all their care.

I can’t thank Create Manchester and Leeds enough the team have been amazing, I now have 2 amazing daughters a 2 year old and a 4 month old baby and I’m so glad I used create they looked after me through it all the support the hand holding was amazing I never felt alone through the whole experience. Thank you for making my dream come true even thought it was impossible.. x

Amazing clinic with amazing doctors. Danielle the clinic manager was also amazing and looked after us during our time with them. The outcome - a successful twin pregnancy! Forever grateful for the help from everyone.

After 3 cycles with an NHS hospital we were about ready to give up on the hope of having a baby. I type this now holding my 6 week old after a single go with care fertility. It worked first time. A combination of LESS meds and MORE monitoring meant that I was on half of the needles than before and for alot less time. I was so poorly during every nhs round but I actually felt human this time and it was the one that worked.

As we were successful and now have a 7 week old baby boy, to us they’re the best fertility clinic in the world! The biggest pro for me was that Create never made an issue of my age. As a woman in my 40’s I was aware that my chances were less than someone in their 20’s or 30’s. With my previous fertility clinic I was made to feel like I was too old and that my chances were non existent whereas at Create I felt like my chances were just as good as someone younger and age wasn’t an issue.
Another pro for me was that each appointment was with both a doctor and a nurse so decisions around my treatment could be made straight away.
The majority of the staff were amazing especially the doctors and nurses. A couple of the admin staff were a little rude on occasion and I didn’t always find my patient coordinator to be very helpful which was stress I could have done without.
The biggest frustration for me was that appointments never ran on time which caused me a huge amount of stress in an already extremely stressful situation! Appointments were on occasion 45 minutes after the given time. I always tried to have my appointments around lunch time as work were not aware that I was undergoing treatment and the fact that appointments didn’t run on time made it quite difficult. At the beginning of my treatment there was an office mobile I used to be able to call to find out how late appointments were running which I found to be useful but then they got rid of the phone and it wasn’t possible to call the office directly. The issue around the appointment times could be easily resolved by allowing more time between appointments and I don’t understand why they don’t do this.
Overall I would use Create again in the future but just wish they would resolve the issue around the appointments.

Lovely staff, we chose the clinic for its low stimulation approach and it worked for us eventually! We are over the moon and feel very lucky. 4 stars because communication/ability to get through could be better but would definitely recommend the clinic.

First time lucky

The Manchester Clinic has been great!! All staff were friendly and informative. It made me feel at ease. They have the best team! My transfer today was the most comfortable one, thanks to Nurse Laura and Dr Rauf. The receptionists were also very helpful and we are so thankful for Create Manchester for a good experience xx

The medical staff were brilliant - really responsive to my needs. We had a bad experience in another clinic so we’re apprehensive. We welcomed our son to the world a few weeks ago and he is everything we could have wanted. The only negative was that there needs to be more admin support, our patient co-ordinator seemed to have a lot on, so we did a fair amount of chasing. She was lovely, just seemed to have a big workload. We were also given different info by different people at times, we kept our own written records because of this which ended up being quite a lot of work. On balance however the overall experience was good, and I’d definitely recommend Create Manchester - thank you

From starting and finishing my treatment everything was good

I cannot praise the staff in create fertility Liverpool/Wilmslow enough, nothing was ever too much trouble. I needed to freeze my eggs due to stage 4 endometriosis ahead of a large operation later this year. I had a month to go through the process from start to finish. The staff are so caring and compassionate, and Emily one of the nurses was a fantastic support throughout, I was constantly checked in with, throughout as well as after my egg retrieval, I cannot recommend create fertility enough!! Thank you all so much for your help and support

Create made our dreams come true.
We had the most amazing experience during our IVF journey, from the team at create Manchester. We was very lucky and got a successful first cycle.
