I had a terrible experience. I tried to make a purchase, but after I completed the checkout, I was redirected to a completely different website. I later realized I never even bought the item I originally wanted. Instead, I was charged for a gift card to a random website that I had no intention of purchasing.

When I tried to get help, the only support available was an AI chatbot, which wasn’t helpful and didn’t resolve my issue. This experience felt misleading and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend buying from this site unless they fix their checkout process and provide real customer support.
