Great customer service
The number of items I wanted were low in stock, I used the chatbot to enquire when more will be available. The response was immediate, I felt like a person was responding not an automated response. The reply was informative and agreed to arrange to order in the stock and send to me with 14 days. This all went through without hiccup and the item ordered is as I'd hoped. Great customer service.

I live in the Netherlands and normally they do not ship to Holland. Daniel made an exception and was willing to send it. We had a long e-mail conversation, because payment was not easy. In the end everything went well.
Daniel stayed friendly and patient in his mails and he answered very quickly every time.
