I withdraw 5* from this company it sells items at wrong price I bought cricut joy smart cutting machine priced at £39.99 paid for it got all the thank you for your order be delivered in 2/3 working days next day they cancelled the order and refund money because THEY put wrong price on advertisement which was only corrected on monday19th now going to consumer rights about it

Every aspect of the service from ordering to delivery was seamless and easy. Great price too.

Having ordered a sewing machine on the grounds that the questions I had asked were correct, I found it was not suitable for the job.
I got in touch with the company via the chat line and ordered a different one.
There was no quibble with the exchange and the new machine arrived the next day.
The one star was dropped due to the initial incorrect information. The chat people need to be aware of
all details they are giving information on.
All in all a good experience.

I had mistakenly purchased the wrong machine so contacted the Help service and was ably assisted by Connor who arranged the replacement machine and accessories bundle.
Unfortunately the courier took both packages away and I had to arrange with Connor again to get the accessories back.
All went according to plan with us receiving constant updates about the progress until the package arrived.
Very happy indeed and many thanks to Connor for all his help and understanding.

I visited the showroom in Hemel Hempstead with a view to purchasing a new sewing machine and also take a look at overlockers. The staff were super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I'd already done some homework on current machine prices so knew that the machines on offer were at a fair price. There was no hard sale and I ended up buying both a sewing machine and overlocker so came away very happy!

By far the best deal I could find when looking for a new Cricut machine! The team were super helpful with any questions I had and even threw in a freebie of some materials for me which I’m so grateful for as I can now practice on my cricut for my wedding DIY without having to spend a small fortune on test materials!

Speedy delivery and communication was great regarding when my items would be delivered.

I ordered on the 28th of march but at midnight so technically 29th, however after waiting a couple days I checked the tracking, it said in pick and pack area and to expect it imminently, which is fine! Then another few days later I checked again and it said the machine was out of stock, again fine as I emailed and they explained, they then gave me a date they’re expecting them and then a date they’d be delivered to me. That date came and the machine never did so I emailed them again. They said the machines had been delayed and gave me another date for them to arrive. That was again fine however it’s past that second date, my machine still hasn’t come and it’s the 17th April now! I have emailed again and I’m yet to receive a reply.
