Craft Cellar is a family business. Our online shop specialises in polymer clay and all the tools and finishes needed to complete any project. We work closely with leading brands FIMO, Sculpey and Cernit and aim to never be out of stock of key colours and items. We hate to disappoint so we closely monitor stock levels to avoid running out. We ensure we maintain a personal touch in everything we do, and love building a relationship with our regular customers. We also try to adhere to any special requests for specific colours or items we may not yet stock. Orders are packed by hand and sent out the same day whenever possible. We offer a range of postage options starting from £1.95 for a small order, to guaranteed next day delivery. Standard delivery is also free for orders over £60.

Very happy with purchase
Very happy with purchase. Prices reasonable for Sculpey clay even with ordering from Ireland + having to pay vat. Great selection of colours can't find in other locations. Delivery was also very fast

Amazing customer service experience
I was struggling to find a supplier who sold a big range of polymer clay along with mamy colours available when I stumbled accross craftceller. Amazing customer service from Natalie. Very responsive to all communications. Competively priced and quick delivery.

Customer Service OUTSTANDING!
They posted out the items quickly. I had great issues with the courier, which is not Craft Cellar fault at all. Craft cellar was amazing in responding, supporting and helping to try and get the order to me. Cutting a long stressful story short, the order came in the end.
I cannot fault this company and they have taken on feedback of using a different courier provider.
Thanks so much for your support, patience, help and understanding. Other companies should treat their customers like Craft Cellar does!

Thanks for these very kind comments. Yes we have a particularly bad experience with a courier service and as a result have made changes to our dispatch arrangements to try to avoid problems like this in the future. Thanks for your patience. At least things worked out in the end.
Great service and range of products
Great service. I left it late to order and the staff were quick to reassure me that the package would arrive on time, which it did.

Fast delivery and also when I accidentally placed the order by mistake after 30mins i request to cancel my order and they did cancel my order and refund me straight away.
