When i ordered my watch, there was no indication it was being shipped from CHINA. I have yet to receive my order & the tracking they give you doesn't tell you anything.

Good watch

Shipping was fast. This smart watch is basically perfect for me since I can check my sleep quality and stay on top of my gym sessions. nice to have the time right there too.

Watch order

This is a really cool watch

This is a really cool watch. Similar to the Apple Watch but has way more medical data. Just not sure how accurate it is to Real blood test results. I purchased this watch a few weeks back…

I purchased this watch a few weeks back . The watch is non functional and attempted to reach the us customer service number mentioning this. The phone # is a disconnected #, call it and see for yourself. The support email was responded to and the reply was that either send the watch back to a Hong Kong address on my expense or they would pay me 30 % of the costs. The us address listed is a bogus address as well as the number and the company is based out if Hong Kong with no ties to the US. I will bring this up with the credit card company

To clarify, after you contacted us regarding the product, we did respond and offered two possible solutions:

A standard return for a refund, with the item returned to our designated return address; or
A partial refund while keeping the product, in order to help you avoid the high international return shipping costs.

International return shipping costs are unfortunately determined by postal carriers and are outside of our control. Because of this, we tried to offer a more practical and less expensive alternative.

We sincerely regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, but we have continued to communicate and work toward a resolution throughout the process.

i like it alot

i like it alot. pretty accurate and has some cool features including being waterproof. the sleep mode on this watch might be a little off but its close enough for the price
