Crabtree & Crabtree Recensioni

We had a lovely week at Star Barn in Northumberland at the end of October with our dog. The barn was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Rob and Vikki are wonderful hosts, friendly, relaxed and helpful without ever being intrusive.

It's a beautiful rural location, with lovely walks right on the doorstep, a café just a five-minute walk away and the coast only around 40 minutes by car. There are sheep nearby, so dogs do need to be kept on leads when out walking, but the barn also has its own small garden.

A wonderful place to unwind and explore Northumberland. Thank you, Rob and Vikki, for a lovely stay!

We have used many other agents so we know that Crabtree and Crabtree offer a far better service than its competitors. Firstly they offer an honest description of the property, which includes a very helpful layout. Secondly they are available on the phone and you are able to talk to a real person who wants to help give you a good holiday.

We’ve had two amazing holidays in Scotland using Crabtree & Crabtree. They use an excellent, selected portfolio of high-quality, premium, end-of-unique properties. We’ve loved exploring rural Scotland and will be back again soon.

A great experience with Crabtree & Crabtree. Quality properties, easy booking and excellent information provided by the company in the lead up to our holiday. Highly recommended.

Superb accommodation in a beautiful location.

Really enjoyed booking through Crabtree & Crabtree - they have some lovely looking properties. The booking process was easy. Communication was very good but not overwhelming. Will definitely use again. The most fabulous service.

Have loved Crabtree & Crabtree from first of our experiences eight years ago. Not only are their properties well looked after, they are all well stocked, attractive and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to arrange suitable accommodation for one’s needs. All properties they manage are on similar lines to make a stay there memorable.
The booking process is easy, service and locations great. Thank you Crabtree & Crabtree.

Very good experience booking with Crabtree and Crabtree, they have been efficient and were very kind when we were unable to make out booking due to our dog needing surgery as we were about to travel they negotiated with the owner for us to postpone our trip without loss of fees. Thank you.

Brilliant stay at broadgate house. Crabtree and crabtree gave excellent service

This is the 4th time my wife & I have stayed in a property managed by Crabtree & Crabtree.
All their properties are of a very high standard.

This is a wonderful little company and long may it be so. The staff are always helpful. Literally nothing is too much trouble. When things go wrong they act quickly to help and put things right,

I would now never use anyone other than this company when seeking to rent a property in the north of England.

Holiday booked 6 months ago - any queries in the interim period answered quickly and changes efficiently dealt with. Staff very pleasant and helpful when dealing with queries. It was good being able to phone and deal with staff direct and not just electronically or on line.

Great company to book with, with exceptional high standards which are reflected in the properties. This is the 5th time booking with Crabtree & Crabtree and the second stay in this specific apartement.

Lovely selection of cottages very easy to book & kept well informed.

High quality self catering, Excellent value for the marginally higher price than others.

We had a very smooth booking experience and the property exceeded expectation. The location in North Berwick was spectacular, with views of the beach & the golf club!

Crabtree & Crabtree were very helpful with our initial queries and detailed in their responses. The house was very well maintained and very clean and well equipped.

Excellent website, very easy to book. Brilliant communications all the way through. Slight issue in the property was quickly and efficiently resolved.

Booking the property was straightforward and efficient. This was the first time I have used Crabtree and Crabtree and was not disappointed. The properties appear to be of a high standard in lovely locations. I would not hesitate to use them again.
