Horrible experience with Alex and team, aka "Social Commerce Collective". He clearly does not understand how business is run and what it takes to generate revenue for a brand. It makes sense that his business is basically a scam because of this.

He was very unprofessional and did not follow his own agreement contract and marketing pitch deck. Did not consult us on any decisions. He accumulated $6K in extra sample costs that we did not approve of. All of the creators they used were low quality who would get average 10-20 views per post. We paid $9.5K in one month and recieved $20 in product sales...a total joke.

They had the audacity to demand we continue paying them for month 2 without seeing any sales. They are advertising as tiktok shop partner but we did not find them listed on tiktok directory. Be wary of this company.

In the end we had to take legal action in order to get him to stop contacting us for additional payment. In hindsight, we would've gotten much better results using that $9.5K ourselves for our own creator selection partnerships.

Working with CPG Minded was a massive mistake—easily the most incompetent and unprofessional agency we’ve ever encountered.

From the beginning, it was clear that Alex and his team were only interested in collecting a paycheck. Their lack of care and attention to detail was shocking—constant spelling errors, ads promoting expired products, and an overall level of work that screamed negligence. It quickly became apparent they were outsourcing tasks to third-world employees who lacked even basic English proficiency.

I’ve never dealt with a team so unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistakes. They couldn’t handle even the simplest tasks, let alone deliver on the results they promised.

Toward the end of our relationship, things got worse. They resorted to outright lying about the work they were supposedly doing and completely disregarded the agreements we had in place. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and absolutely no integrity.

In total, this was a $5,000 mistake for us. From their advertising we generated $40…..
