Do not use these people! I made a booking and went to cancel it within hours ie on the weekend of the booking, still more than a month before the course as isn’t approved to use within my workplace.
There is a zero cancellation policy
There is a very high transfer fee even to change dates of the course which isn’t suitable for me anyhow
The email address doesn’t get answered
The mobile phone number has rung out every time I’ve tried in the last 4 days

I enrolled into level 7 leardership course and was going well, the content of the course is brilliant and easy to understanding. I completed and submitted assignment 1 and got excellent feedback from my tutor. I accidentally pressed the forgot password when I was trying log in and since then never received an email to reset my password and tried to contact them several times but the line does not exist. Now it has been over 5 days and haven't heard anything. Now am starting to doubt if this is genuine or not.

The study material was very useful. I managed to apply most of the concepts from the material to my daily work. I appreciated that the study material was always available after the submission of a module

The learning platform is easy to navigate. Materials immediately available. Any support requests deakt with rapidly. My assessor would generally replied within 48 hours having received, read and marked my assignment. A very thorough and interesting course, level 7 L&D. Will use CPD again. This was my 5th course too. Very Good.

I booked the Customer Service Manager Level 7 training with this company after being in touch with them via email. After the purchase, nothing happened, I never received access to the course, nobody was answering my emails anymore asking for the course that I purchased and the invoice. They are not reachable on the phone, nobody replies to the emails, even though I have sent several. Therefore, I've opened a chargeback to get my money back and now, they are contesting my chargeback and I have to wait for a resolution until October, after waiting from June until Aug., the first deadline for the chargeback resolution. I paid almost 270 EUR for a course that I have never received and they don't even have the decency to return my payment, but they are fighting it and want to have my money.
If the company is reading this or this person, Adnan Naseem from cpdcourses.com, that was answering my emails (from the email address that is published on their website) before the purchcase of the training, please return my money asap.
If you are a potential buyer, PLEASE BE CAREFUL as this looks like a SCAM. I will never purchase anything from this school and I will tell my story publicly.

I tried to enrol in a course and paid the full fee amount. After which it has now been two weeks and I still haven't been able to get the log in to access the course. I keep getting a generic email from the email address provided on the website- which is the only point of contact. There is no telephone number.
I received an email to provide proof of payment, which I provided and haven't heard from anyone since, even though I email them everyday.
Don't know if this is just me or anyone else having the same issues?

Everything you need to pass is provided. It would be nice to get a numerical score.

The questions are poorly written and use ambiguous language. In a multiple-choice questionnaire, questions with unclear meaning due to poor grammar or word choice can make the difference between passing and failing.

Easy to follow through. Maybe if there were different forms of medium (e.g videos) were used it could be more engaging

Started this before my a-levels and have been able to come back to it once I have finished to deepen my understanding of my course
