We’re very sorry to hear you’ve continued to experience leak issues, even after trying the Memory Foam cushion. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’re trying to get comfortable and receive effective therapy.
Mask leaks can sometimes be caused by factors such as cushion size, mask fit, sleeping position, or headgear tension, and unfortunately even a different cushion type may not fully resolve it if the overall fit isn’t quite right.

Online Orders - Needs Attention
An order was placed online and after a week of no updates, a call was made to follow up on the order, which only then I received a text message to say the order was ready for collection. My wife called the store to confirm the status, prior to leaving home to pick up the item when she was told that no one had called and confirmed that it was ready. The communication needs to improve and regular updates provided. The service was well below what I expected.
