The mask is often separating from the frame, especially when I take it off, but also when I move around at night. This is not a problem I have experienced before and have been wearing masks for 10 years now.
The size of the mask including the additional large one I ordered separately is also not as big as my previous mask and is not as comfortable as previous masks from ResMed AirFit F20 large.
These do not seem like genuine Resmed masks

I purchased a F40 face mask for over £100 and didn’t try it immediately, but when I did start using it I found issues getting a good seal. I tried for a whole week but never got anything other that “adjust mask seal” I decided to try to go back to my F20 and see if it was just me! Sure enough 100% on first night, carried on for a week without success great results and then tried the F40 again!! Same bad seal results!!

Contacted the company who ask for photos and full details of the issue and then said

It doesn’t suit everyone and you only have seven days to complain so tough !!!

Beware of companies that hide behind returns policies with faulty goods

The item I require is listed on CPAP Studio's site as out of stock. I emailed to ask for an estimate when it might be back in stock.
After waiting a week with no acknowledgement or reply, I rang. A man answered the phone with a "hello?" and sounded puzzled when I asked if that was CPAP Studio, but confirmed yes, it was.
I asked my question. "I'll check and ring you back in half an hour".
That was a week ago.
I have sourced the item elsewhere.
The website's promise of "Award-winning support...from real CPAP specialists" rings rather hollow.

I have ordered twice from CPAP Studio, first with a humidifier then with a new mask. Both times the communication has been good.

They went above and beyond on my mask order. I was going away on holiday 2 days after ordering so I confirmed that the courier would definitely deliver it next day, they kindly upgraded the postage to make sure it was guaranteed to get to me on time - and it did!

Placed an order from a website I'd never heard of and blindly trusted. Low and behold the next day I get an email saying the item was out of stock and a refund would be processed. 2 months and multiple unanswered emails later, I still have no refund or item. Never been scammed before and never thought it would be so simple! Just don't bother
