CPAP Direct supplied faulty product with only 75% refund.
CPAP Direct supplied a SmartMed iBreeze APAP machine which, as they acknowledged after purchase, was excessively noisy which made it unusable. They said they would accept a return but retain 25% of my money. That 75% has still not been received. CPAP Direct also sent a fake reply paid coupon which the Post Office would not accept as CPAP Direct had not paid for them.

Mask falls off
No problem with your service. But the ‘self adjusting’ mask I purchased, keeps slipping off my head. It won’t stay in the initial position.

The new nasal pillow mask is very hard to get used to . It takes a lot of time to fit each night and I was expecting a far better experience.
