Worst company ever. Ordered a dog bed one month ago. Have been charged but no bed. Does not reply to emails. Stay away

Been waiting for my delivery. Had to download the "shop" app in order to get any tracking information. It says my package was delivered on July 12th.It was never delivered. We have cameras and there was no delivery on the date it says. No answer from customer service and no one will take the call. SCAMMM!!! Wish I wasn't so quick to order a "FREE" doggie bed that cost me $21 for shipping. Should have come to check out the reviews first. Saw basically the same bed at TJMaxx for $14. Lesson learned!!!

Horrible. Cozy pet sucks. Will not recommend to any one but will warn of them

BE WARNED... THE RUDEST UN HELPFUL COMPANY IVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH.
After buying a rabbit hutch with a cover to obviously fit to keep the cage and rabbits dry.They arrived but the cover was made the wrong way around and was too short. I sent a photo and email to the company. Claire was very helpful and said another cover would be sent out. I did point out that I hoped the next one would be longer. After 8 days I got back in touch with Claire who organised for another cover to be sent (all seems ok at the moment with the company and customer service!!). The cover arrived and was the right way around but unfortunately still too short. Ironically with the cover was a letter stating how the cover is made longer than the cage to keep it dry. I sent an email pointing this out (all very friendly and asking if they can help)...well....it must have been Clare’s day off. As I have never received such rude emails from a company. Basically stating ...tough. Can’t get hold of any more covers. Send the cover back and have an outside cage with no cover. I was the awkward customer. Paying Easyjet prices but expecting John Lewis products. Honestly I wish I could print them here as they are unbelievable.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE HIDEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT CARE THAT THEY ARE SELLING UNUSABLE PRODUCTS.

I bought three RC03 large rodent cages from Cozy Pet Ltd which cost a fair amount of money but they are worth every penny. They were the biggest metal cage I could find on the market for my degus and came on a next day service.

The instructions were easy to follow and me and my dad put three up in two hours. They only need the supplied bolts and an allen key to construct. Being made of metal my degus wont be able to chew out of them which is the problem with my current degu cages. They have solid metal trays which pull out which will make them easy to clean and won't cause bumblefoot.

When I asked how I could leave a review the owner explained that a lot of the negative reviews here on Trustpilot were from another company that called themselves CozyPet which sold dog beds that they never delivered. I thought it was strange that there were so many bad reviews - I have had a great experience with Cozy Pet Ltd.

Worse company ever dealt with my parcel was left in a unsafe and open area and when arriving home it was not there when contacting this seller they didnt even care just told me it was sent to the right address if its been stolen ring the police what a joke there emails responses are rude and unprofessional if u are going to order from these and u do end up having a problem dont count on getting any help ull just get abuse and be left out of pocket

Fantastic company, I emailed asking if they had some shelves and ladders in stock for a cage I'd bought 3 years earlier, a week later a set arrived to which they'd sent out at their own cost. Cannot fault this company

Great service, product arrived quickly in clear packaging and simple instructions.
Easy to construct, install and maintain.
Happy with quality for price.
Lovely size coop and run. Ideal for 4 chickens.

Terrible experience. Took forever to arrive and when it finally did, the product is not what was described at all. It has a terrible chemical odor to it and I'm afraid to let my dog near it. Tried to wash it in machine according to directions and it is ruined. Not worth the money at all and the company does not stand behind it's product.

Puppy pen used for 2 weeks and rusted so badly that it no longer can be used. Very poor quality product, not fit for purpose, rubbish and unhelpful customer services. I am now left with an expensive item which is useless to me!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Arrived next day, just as described and seems good quality for the price paid, especially when you compare to others. Time will tell, but I'm very pleased.
Thinking I may have got a bit lucky here reading some of these reviews, mind... glad I had no need to contact them!

AVOID! Please do NOT order from this company. I ordered from them in January and received nothing. They are clearly a scamming company. They don’t reply to emails but will gladly steal your money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Purchased a rat cage but it came with useless instructions.
Took hours to fix together. Poorly made and bars were broke.
I phoned Cozy Pet Ltd and I’m unable to get through to them via phone or e-mail. So looking on line at companies house etc COZYPET LTD is also cozypet .co .uk The registered director is Claire Woodhouse who having moved addresses does not update companies house, Amazon or CozyPet Ltd website. Any phone number given on any of the web sites do not work and you will not receive any response to an email.

If I could leave no stars I would! I tried to return the item as it is really poor quality and I was told by Emma that rather than return it she would give me a 50% refund. I accepted that rather than have the hassle of returning it. I have NEVER received any refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY SHOULD BOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE. As if times aren’t hard enough at the moment and you have companies like this happy to rip you off!!!!! I just wish I had seen the negative reviews beforehand.

We ordered a guinea pig hutch which arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately the roof was damaged and the general build quality was not great. As it was the roof which was damaged we opted to return the hutch. After reading reviews about the customer service we were a little apprehensive about ringing but after speaking to Claire, a courier was ordered to collect the damaged hutch within a couple of days and we had a refund within a week or so. Although the product was the problem, we were happy with the customer service we received and it may be worth noting that we could only get through to them when using a landline, not mobile.

Ordered a pen for my puppy in September. Box came absolutely destroyed and no bolts whatsoever to hold it together. I emailed and phoned, still no answer. Pen is also useless and binned as even when bolted its all warped and sits up at one side allowing puppy to escape.

Ordered dog bed which when it came was poor quality and went lumpy in no time, paid £59.95 what a disgrace !!, owner promised partial refund , still waiting no reply to my e.mails avoid this company wish i had read reviews before i parted with our hard earned cash !!

Do not order off this company!!! Ordered bed and paid £59.99 on 21st November 2020 and not received the bed nor a refund. They couldn't give a toss so I've lost my money. Absolutely disgusting

Poor customer service after sending photos as requested we had no response

Disappointing build quality resulting in time consuming and avoidably slow assembly.

ISSUE 1

8x bolts holes containing recessed nuts = insufficient depth to hole / bolts too long.
Result = unable to join sides of cat house without leaving a 5mm gap.
When tried to tighten the recessed nut forced out of its hole.

Remedy = I had to pull out the recessed nuts. Drill deeper clearance hole to allow bolt to tighten properly, then superglue the recessed nuts back into position with loctite 254.

ISSUE 2

Base boards not wide enough.
Result = 10mm gap in floor and cold air allowed to come through the floor.

Remedy = wedged some of the polystyrene packaging in gap.

ISSUE 3

Screws for outer cladding blocking three of the bolt holes that hold the sides together.
Result = unable to tighten bolts up as screw blocking hole.

Remedy = remove screws and place to the side of the bolt hole.

Summary

It appears to be a well designed cat house, but the quality of production has let it down.
My husband is a pretty good diy’er, but someone with lesser skills would have struggled with this.
