I placed my order before reading the reviews, then I saw the reviews and was worried I made a mistake ordering from them. But the order was delivered quickly. The item was faulty so I emailed them with images for a return. From the reviews I wasn't hopeful to get a response but they did in a couple of days and quickly resolved my complaint. I wanted to leave a review as I don't think they are deserving of some of these scam claims in some of the other bad reviews. My item was not welded properly in the corners but other than that the itself was decent enough for its purpose.

Made the error of not checking reviews before ordering!
Orderd a dog crate for the car, measurments were so off it was tiny and none of the pieces would fit together to actually make it.
I sent them an email to explain that it wouldn't fit together with photo proof, I was met with accusations that I hadn't measured my car correctly saying most people make excuses because it doesn't actually fit in their car?? And actually they have a whole team of people that can put these things together so I'm basically an idiot for not being able to!!
Never been so angry at a company before after that email they completly cut contact and I've not been able to get a refund for the product, so I've spent £80 on something I can't use and can't be refunded for!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Tried 47 times to call them no one answers they don't reply to emails and worst of all the person who did answer the phone was very aggressive this person should not be aloud to take calls

Ordered rabbit hutch with hinges and bolts as the online advert showed. A rabbit hutch arrived without the metal fixings and smaller than suggested. Customer service not helpful . Paid the going rate for a house that didn't arrive for a poor example in its place. Won't use this company again

Last year I bought a ferret cage and all seemed well at first till the Ferret chewed through the bars, I asked COZY PET for a refund as the law states I am entitled to one but all they offered was replacement parts (which I wasn't willing to accept due to the quality and risk to the Ferret hurting itself) no customer service from cozy pet, I wouldn't use this company again if the stuff was free!

Do not buy this polytunnel, I have bought at least 4 of this type of tunnel before and had 4/5 years good use from them all.
Then I bought this, the frame is flimsy, but the cover is absolute rubbish, for a 30ft cover, there is one piece of string in each corner to hold it to the frame, absolutely nothing else. The instructions talk about trenching in, thats a system where you dig a trench around the tunnel and Bury the skirt of the tunnel underground. It requires at least 2ft of excess cover around the whole polytunnel to secure it in the ground, this has 6 inches at a push.
I have never had a polytunnel cover tear, this cover tore after 3 days, and there was no storm. This polytunnel is completely unfit for purpose.
And just in case you are still tempted look at cosypets reviews on trust pilot.
They told me it was weather related damage, and would not cover the damage.
The only weather this polytunnel will not be damaged in is a sunny day with absolutely no wind. Don't say you have not been warned

When you buy a discounted product, the law states it should still be fit for the purpose it's intended. The owner of this company however feels different and feels I should be grateful that I received a dog car crate that not only is visually damaged but also structurally incapable of being constructed and used for the intended purpose.
His arrogance when responding is not of a level a company should be using towards its customers.
Fortunately for myself I paid with a credit card.
Colin, your aware of the sale of goods act and distance selling regulations now I have educated you.
Regardless, I will be reimbursed but your disgusting attitude has landed you here again.
Good customer service is at the forefront of any buisness', be it a back shed one like yours or a successful buisness' with premises.
Buyer be aware of your legal rights, not all is lost when dealing with situations businesses put you in such as this.
Just because it's a discounted item , it does not lend you to accepting something that is not fit for the purpose intended.

So further to my review this morning I have received quite an abusive response from 'Colin' whom refers to himself as the owner.
He accused me of blackmail, calling every single person that submits a review on trust pilot ' trolls ' that are out to con companies.
Apparently trustpilot is a ' cesspit where trolls cannot leave legitimate comments ' .
What a lovely person Colin is, apparently trust pilot target him personally for refusing to pay them a ' blackmail ' subscription and nobody takes any notice of the reviews anyway.
Well Colin it appears you do , it appears you have taken notice , infact you have taken so much notice you have resorted to a personal attack on myself with what you have said about me.
How not to do buisness' folks , don't be a ' Colin '

Item came defective (ordered via amazon) Build your own greenhouse type thing

These things happen so I did what anyone would do let them know
so I sent them an email via Amazon
They then requested pics which I sent about 10 images of every possible angle they could possibly want across 2 emails
they told me they didn't get these pics which either means there is issues with their systems or well I can't believe it would be the other thing

Well anyway at this point I'm getting tired of the back and forth which has been going on for a couple of days and just want to send it back and get my money back

But because of all the back and forth taking several days the time limit has lapsed to do it automatically via Amazon (other factors did affect the running out of time to send it back, not been able to open it up to check it was all ok because of weather and other commitments which I guess I can't blame them for)
They are now refusing to pick it up because I haven't sent them images to prove it is faulty even though I have and I have even sent they screen shots to prove I have

so currently got £300 worth of scrap metal and cheap nasty plastic sat in my house. Spose I could do a Homer Simpson and turn it into a modern art exhibit

Just on a coincidental note they even tried to blame their poor trustpilot score on a Chinese company stealing their name

Obviously if they do fix the issue in the next day or so by that I mean arrange a pick up and give me my money back I will be more than happy to remove this review

This is a 5* NEGATIVE star rating. I ordered an XXL dog crate for my 9 month old Labrador pup. Within 30 mins she had bent 6 of the lower bars and pulled the door in so one of the catches no longer lines up. When reporting this to "customer services" I was told they did not cover dog "misuse". Well that was £75 down the drain. I had previously been using a friends large crate which suffered no damage at all, unfortunately she needed it back. Poor quality and even poorer customer service. I will never use this company again !!!!

My wife purchased a Cozy Pets 36 inch dog cage via a well known supplier as we decided our dog needed a bigger cage. When it arrived it seemed a little flimsy and the panels did not sit together very well. We also noted how thin the wire was compared with our old tried and trusted cage. Our dog is a small dog, not particularly active, but it is young, and it is used to cages. The dog spent one night in the cage and we came down to find he had bent the bottom of the end door inwards by around 2 inches. We let the dog out by the side door, and straightened the other door as best we could. We popped out for 30 mins (again with the dog in the cage) and when we returned the bars were all bent, the door pulled in again and this time some of the welds holding the bars had come away leaving sharp ends protruding into the cage. Very Dangerous indeed! The cage was obviously not fit for purpose, being dangerous and unusable after less than 2 days use. We contacted Cozy Pets who couldn't have been more rude and condescending. Telling us it was our misuse and they would not accept responsibility for their poor workmanship. We are still trying to get a refund and will keep trying, but I would recommend that no one should consider this company to be a supplier of quality pet products. If you value your pets, avoid Cozy Pets like the plague!

Cozy Pet sold me a rat cage that has bars too far apart so the rats escape.
Not fit for purpose.

My cage was delivered quickly, my nephew's put it up in no time part slight bend with one but with hammer was sorted. The cage is so big , my 5 baby male rats love it bigger than I thought , I love the doors , would have been better if both doors opened but I can clean it well , has 2 trays you take out to clean and then can back also the the bar space is great for rats not to big , I love this cage and recommend x

Having had two cat trees previously, which my cat unfortunately outgrew, I ordered the CT08 cat tree a few months ago, purely because it is advertised on their website as suitable for larger cats.
What a disappointment this has turned out to be. The cat tree is absolutely not suitable for larger cats. The hammocks are too small and the tree is totally unstable, wonky and swaying like the Leaning Cat Tree of Pisa. As a result my cat will not go near it.
I did raise it with them and, after six weeks of back and forth with them, have finally decided to leave a review as I cannot recommend this company, either for its cat tree products or for its appalling customer service.
All they did for over six weeks was to fob me off, by ignoring what I was repeatedly telling them, asking for photos which they then also ignored and repeatedly just telling me to make sure the screws were tight and what amazing value for money it was. It would be great value for money if it was suitable for purpose, which it is not. I have totally thrown away £40 on something of shoddy design, which sways and wobbles and which, contrary to the claims, is suitable for no cat, let alone a larger one.
At one point their suggestion to solve the instability of the upper part of it was just to take the top part of the tower off, which absolutely beggars belief.
It is also impossible to fit the ladder as the fittings do not match up with the holes.
I will never buy from this company again and, after previously recommending it to several friends a few years ago, who also purchased trees from them, have now advised them to buy their next ones elsewhere.

I have many rat cages from CozyPet, the only one I don't own (yet!) is the RC04.
I am so happy with the cages and the service, the cages are very easy to put together (I am RegisteredBlind and have assembled all cages by myself in not much time at all), and assembly follows a very easy logical process.

The lady on the phone is always so friendly, and has given me lots of advice, and as far as I'm concerned she went above and beyond when I was trying to source some additional parts to modify the rat cages I already have.

Yes, some of the cages arrived with minor imperfections, but this was easily remedied within 5 minutes (and an exploration of the toolbox!) and did not detract from their safety or usefulness.

I would definitely choose CozyPet again in the future.

Scam of a company. I ordered an the XL dog crate for £70, it arrived DAMAGED. Just a flimsy crate in a damaged half opened box. The crate was bent in half and 1 door is completely unusable! This was for a Boerboel and so needed to be 100% secure, however there was a large gap in the side between the door and crate so he could break free if he tried. I emailed them with an official complaint and asking for a refund or some kind of compensation - IGNORED. Scammers, gross.

I ordered a Pink and White rabbit hutch for my daughters guinnie pigs through eBay from Cosy Pets, unfortunately it was delivered damaged, I emailed Cosy Pets and they responded within a few days, they organised DHL to uplift the next day and replacement came the following day, can't fault the service and the hutch is superb, I did see the negative comments online but had to order the hutch as it was the one my daughter wanted, can't fault cosy pets at all, thanks for all the help, my daughter is delighted., Stephen...

Avoid this company! I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a rabbit run and should of realised the price was too good to be true. It came with no instructions and we tried to put it together but what we found was very poor quality. Their customer service is none existence.cant get hold of anyone over the phone, the emails will not go through, Facebook no reply. I wish I had looked into this company more before ordering as I would if realised its a scam company. I have written a review on their website but interestingly the review has been taken off. I would seriously avoid this company.

I’ve received the “heavy duty” playpen but the tray doesn’t sit in it and it’s not heavy duty. I’ve asked them for return label and refund as it’s faulty but they were very rude and doesn’t pay for the return. Avoid them if you don’t want to put in the rubbish or spend another £50 to make it strong and have bottom what fill in.

Ordered a dog bed, paid for it, never received it. Sent MULTIPLE emails and made multiple phone calls with NO RESPONSE! NEVER GOT THE BED BUT THEY GOT MY MONEY!
