Goods came corroded , unusable , when asked for return and refund of £189 , very long process, ( very poor customer service, emails ignored , phone not answering and voicemail full )to get it collected and returned . still not refunded , thieves they need reporting to tradings standard .

Product was Ok, although the box had been through a rough time! However; they really need to work on their customer service when things go wrong i.e., non delivery of the product on the specified day by their chosen courier. I raised this with Cozy Pet as the sellers and received an email response that I thought was autogenerated as it was so impersonal, but as it had a name I guessed it was not; there was no salutation or valediction in the email, courtesy goes along way in good customer relations.
Oh my goodness, why did I not read the reviews before I ordered.

I bought the RC05 medium rodent cage. The overall cage is OK. The panels weren't quite square but the real issue is the base. It's laughably fragile, just a couple of mm of thermo set plastic. To the point of being unusable. Fortunately the cage comes with a lot of platforms so we used 3 of them to make a faux base. I don't think it's a long term solution though. For over £100 I'd have expected better.
Definitely not recommended.

Very poor customer service- item arrived in a pristine/undamaged box but when unpacked there was rust on almost all of the panels. I made contact through their website and was delighted to get a positive response almost straight away that evening and sent the photos as requested and then nothing….until I followed it up the next day as time wasn’t on our side with a new puppy arriving.
We had already put the pen up and was told that it could only be returned if new and in the box with no acknowledgement that the item was defective or our consumer rights or we could have a 10% refund if we used it without the tray, which was odd as the tray is about the only part not damaged!
Communication lacked any detail (or grammar) to be able to make an informed decision, no mention of timescales etc or if they could swap it so yet another email was needed to get clarity.
Long story short- we had no faith that once they got the item back they would actually refund us, which would then leave us without a crate and out of pocket so we opted for the 10% refund to call it quits and cut our losses.
The item itself, minus the rust looks very good and the dispatch time and delivery was excellent, it’s just a real shame that the customer service lacks basic customer service skills especially when evidence etc has been provided and the item is very clearly defective.

Produit nul (tapis rafraîchissant), prix exorbitant vu la qualité, un’simple bout de tissu plat et sans propriété de froid ou anti derapant. Je tente de joindre le service client pour un retour et remboursement. Sans succes. À fuir c’est une arnaque

Grosse arnaque j'ai commandé il y a 3 semaines, retiré dans les 2 jours suivant la commande et je n'ai plus accès a ma commande.

Faites attention, ce site est juste une arnaque ne rien commander !!!

Grosse arnaque... Ce n'est pas un tapis mais un bout de tissu...de quelques mm d'épaisseur. Donc évidemment mon chien ne va pas dessus... vraiment déçue.
Livraison de plus de 10 jours!

D'habitude, je prends le temps de lire les avis sur ce que j'achète sur Internet. Pas cette fois. Dommage.
Je demande à recevoir les tapis sous 10 jours sinon j'annule la commande. On me répond que ce sera le cas et cela est arrivé bien après. Délai de rétractation de 14 jours pas respecté.

J’ai acheté des tapis fraîcheur pour mon chien .
- le site ne précise pas que ces articles viennent de Chine
- aucune précision sur la composition de ces articles.
-les tapis sont très fins,n’adhèrent pas au sol ,maintien de la fraîcheur plus que douteux.
-prix exorbitant vu la qualité du produit

Délai de livraison très long et produit bien pas à l'hauteur du prix car les tapis est très fin.
Déception totale.

Spent £139.99 on a cage for my rats, it arrived damaged but I needed a cage to put them in, so I built and used it.

* Damaged cage
* Was told couldn't return unless not used after I had told them I was using it
* Don't answer phones and take 4 days to reply
*Sent images and was told eh, its usable, so damage doesn't matter
*Will be doing a charge back with my bank if solution is not reached as they are breaching the consumer rights act

I messaged customer service (as they don't answer their phones) - it took them four days to reply, they said to send images and informed me that a return could only be done if unused - which btw isn't pointed out when buying.

I informed them it was used as I had to, send lots of images - the cage door wasn't aligned meaning it was hard to shut and the lock rubbed, the other lock was sharp and had trouble closing; the roof didn't align leaving a gap; the trays were bent,don't sit correctly and have gaps; the shelves don't sit correctly were slightly bent and moved.

All in all very badly made, or very badly damaged. They are refusing to do anything

Thankfully I know my rights under the consumer rights act, so if they do not come to a solution then I will be disputing the charge and recommend other people do to

Arrived damaged with quote a few defects and bends in the metal trays. 1 was so dented it stopped the tray being inserted as it wouldn't fit properly. I Contacted cs who were awful. Said it probably happened when packaged and it was new in original packaging which was not disputed however doesn't mean it couldn't be damaged and should not have been damaged after paying for it. I had to bang the dents out to fit it in correctly. I purchased the most expensive cage and having to fix damage before using should not be acceptable. The cage after being fixed is good however customer services and. Attitude towards their customers is shockingly bad

I have purchased 3 rabbit runs in the past and have never had any issues until the latest arrival. 1 support bar is damaged and so the top of the run is caving in. Been in contact with customer services since the 11th April and still nothing has been done other than receiving an offer of £10, when all I need is a replacement support bar.

I can’t believe a customer service can be so poor.

Bought a large rat cage for £140 which arrived with several parts damaged. They were super responsive when I was ordering, then stopped responding when I tried to report the damaged cage. Their phone number goes to voicemail which is full. No resolution offered.

Mins - a simply pawing to the front and the whole zip just pulled away - as you can see there is not any chewing biting or holes made by her. Extremely poor quality. I tried to reach out to cozy pet honestly and openly and was told basically no damage is covered (however I believe this to be a fault especially if they are so highly tested as stated) any animal would escape from this. I was then told in a condescending manner that my dog should be crate trained in a metal crate first (she is) and that they could recommend dog trainers etc if necessary! Unbelievable don’t waste your money and believe the reviews!

Easy to use web site. Clear measurements on pictures of crates. Description of what cars the crates are designed to fit. Bonus of finding a crate that had been returned by another customer being sold at a great discount. After measuring our Citreon Picasso boot space as per Cosy Pets instructions we were able to order the CDC07 crate without any drama. Instant confirmation and delivery notes by email. The crate was delivered in less than 24 hours, assembled and put into the boot. We are extremely pleased with the crate which is big enough for our three Springer Spaniels. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to any other dog owners.

Bought a dog crate and when constructing it found bits to be damaged so it wouldn't go together. Have tried emailing and phoning to get a refund but no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - shocking customer service and products below par!

I saw the trustpilot reviews after I bought a rabbit run from the cozypet site. I was worried, but the run arrived within 24hrs and it's perfect for my two bunnies. Incredibly good value for money. Can't fault them at all.
