ZERO STARS!!! I ordered a large dog bed for 102 AUD in August. Two months later.. still waiting!! No response to emails. No refund Has anyone managed to get their money back???

Two months later, no bed has been delivered.
Ordered bed in late August. Have sent two emails to follow up, no replies. Customer service phone number doesn’t work.
It is now Oct 17th and still have not received the bed. Mastercard has been charged.
This is a SCAM!

It is a scam company,
My old next door neighbour ordered a dog bed, paid £21, after many emails by me to cozynook and the SHOP app,NOTHING, scamming an old lady, no good will come of this.
Keep well away, if they can scam an old lady, they don’t care about anyone.

Same as many other reviews, ordered a dog bed a month ago and nothing arrived , have emailed and used the contact us thing on the website and no response. Absolutely disgusting. I would advise everyone not to use!!

Similar experience to the other reviews here - ordered 2 beds, states it was shipped AND delivered. However that is not the case. Have emailed several times and absolutely no response from Cozynook. Is there any recourse available to get a refund or better yet - my order??

Never Ever buy anything from them they are a scam . I bought a dog bed from them & it never arrived, I checked the sitte it said it was in transit yet 1day later it said it was delivered 2 days ago Wish I'd checked on Trustpilot before I parted with my money .

Ordered two dog beds from them on 26th…
Ordered two dog beds from them on 26th Aug. Checked where order was on 7th September and showed there was some hold up. Few days later I checked and it said had been delivered two days prior to when I had last checked. Nothing delivered. We get frequent deliverys and we have an easy house to deliver to. My husband works from home so is in to collect. I emailed the company have heard nothing back. Was sent from China and tracking details cannot be read by me as in Chinese. I’ll be claiming the money back through my credit card company. This may be a problem with the delivery firm rather than the company itself but some interaction from them would be appreciated.
