The covers for the dining chairs did not fit and we found hard to put together. This was because it was difficult to line up the holes to attach the seats. We had to return no good. We also bought a rug for living room and it bunches up and does not lie flat. We will keep stretching it out to see it this bunching/wrinkling stops. The sales staff in Vancouver were excellent. so I will say that.

Hello Pippa,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re very sorry to hear that the assembly of your dining chairs and the fit of the covers were more challenging than expected; we truly appreciate your feedback.
For our washable rugs, their construction is also quite different from that of a traditional rug. Because they are designed to be lightweight and machine washable, they do not have the same thick, rigid backing that helps a traditional rug remain completely flat. Some movement, wrinkling, or bunching can therefore occur, particularly when the rug is first laid out. Allowing it time to settle, gently smoothing or rug grippers can all help keep it more securely in place.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and the guidance we provide. We’re also so happy to hear that you had such a positive experience with our Vancouver showroom team!
