The Atmosphere couch is comfortable and looks great; however, after about a month of use, we’ve noticed that the seating has already started to sink in slightly. While it’s still usable, we were expecting the cushions to hold their shape longer.

The softer feel and slight dip you’re noticing are consistent with natural wear that happens as cushions settle over time. All foam seating, even high-density foam like ours, will gradually soften in the areas that are used most often. Each time you sit, the foam cells compress slightly, and over weeks or months of use, they may not fully return to their original shape. That’s why spots you sit in more frequently may feel softer or appear slightly lower than the surrounding cushions.
While we understand that this can be a bit surprising, this kind of gradual compression is considered part of the normal lifecycle of foam seating and is not covered under our warranty. That said, it doesn’t impact the overall durability or performance of the sofa, and we hope it continues to bring both comfort and style to your space.
