For a couch that is over $4k, it should be easier to put together than a piece of IKEA furniture. This was the longest and most infuriating piece of furniture I've ever assembled. 8 hours. The instructions were not helpful. I even watched the video with the QR code. Everything was so vague. The labels were vague. Do not even get me started on putting the fabric covers on - I was fighting for my life with those because it is so hard to sign the seams. I understand that having them be removable is a selling feature, but when you're ordering the couch in that particular colour and fabric, the covers should already be on the couch pieces. Again, this is a couch that is over $4k. If I wanted to fight for my life assembling something, I would have went to Ikea and paid a FRACTION of the price. I'm also skeptical of the longevity of the velcro, but 30 days is not enough time to truly test that. It better last more than 5 years.

Hi Ryan,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry that assembling your sofa turned into such a frustrating and time-consuming process. We understand that after investing in a sofa, putting it together should feel much more straightforward.
Our fabric covers are designed to fit snugly and sit flush against the sofa, creating the seamless appearance of a fully upholstered piece while remaining removable. However, we recognize that this can make installation challenging, and we're sorry the assembly instructions and overall experience fell short of your expectations. Please know that we take this feedback very seriously, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. Your comments have also been shared with the relevant team for further review and consideration as we continue working to improve our products and assembly experience.
Regarding the misaligned connector, this is certainly not something you should have to settle for. A member of our team has reached out to you directly to help get this resolved as quickly as possible.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're committed to learning from experiences like yours and making the Cozey experience better for our customers.
