Honestly the only thing that would make this product better would be offering an alternative, L connector for inner corners where my corner piece wants to connect with both legs of the L. I didn’t realize I was going to get connectors with each individual module as well so I ordered separately and would have saved my money had I known I was getting them
Great product, finally helped with the sections separating
Its not working properly...

Hi Jenn,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your module connectors are not working properly, we understand how frustrating that can be.

Shipping was twice the price of the product alone.

Hi Kim,
Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share it.
We’re sorry if you had to pay for shipping, and we understand how frustrating that can be. Based on the details of your order, it looks like it was eligible for free shipping. If you were charged separately by Canpar, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Happiness team with a copy of your invoice, you should not have had to pay a delivery fee. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We’re here to help and make it right.
Cant use it on corner pieces + $55 delivery fee isnt worth it. I would find something on Amazon for cheaper

Hi Cassandra, thank you for sharing your thoughts. We understand that a $55 delivery fee can feel like a lot, especially when you expected different. Originally, we offered free shipping across Canada at a loss. As we’ve grown, we had to make the difficult decision to charge shipping for postal codes that aren’t directly accessible by our delivery partners. This change is now noted on our website under the shipping section.
We completely understand that this might come as a surprise when you're a returning customer. Your feedback is important. It helps us see that there are still many areas where our delivery services need improvement. We appreciate you letting us know, and we’re working on expanding our logistics so we can better serve customers like you.
In theory, these are a great idea to be able to hold the atmosphere sectional together. But they are impossible to get on, they dont actually stay on the feet, and are difficult to line up the sections. The description says to put on the front and back for extra stability, but its near impossible to get the front on without the back coming out of place. Don't waste your money.

Hi Roxy,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about the module connectors. We understand how frustrating it can be when the connectors are difficult to install and don’t hold the modules together as expected, especially when trying to secure the front ends and the back disconnects in the process.
We really appreciate you taking the time to call this out. We've shared your comments with our product development team so they can look into improvements for the design. Feedback like yours is essential to helping us make our products better and more user-friendly.
Love the connectors! I'm very picky and don't like when couches shift and leave gaps between them. These keep everything tight and neatly organized all the time. Plus the price is very reasonable.
Got these extra for the atmosphere couch in case I move and misplace one or two, also wanted to make sure my couch doesn't go no where.
It was weird that they aren't included with the sofa, and also weird that they weren't even suggested when I was buying the sofa. 8 billion emails, and none of them mention these.
These are a simple but very useful item!
