This has left me in quite the predicament with no presents for my family as they kept saying it should be out for delivery within the next day. I asked if they could send another package and I’d just have it after Christmas and they said no as my refund had already been processed. No offer of free shipping for the next one or anything and they have sold out of what I had ordered. Disappointed is an understatement.'

I finally received an email back saying “sorry they had sold out of the gift set I bought and they would refund”. No offer of an alternative or a gesture of good will against another item. Very disappointing and a sure way to lose loyal customers.
Advertising site wide 25% discount for orders over £80 - no code needed. This is not applied in the checkout. I put £200 of products in the basket and zero discount. The product has a discount from 238 to 200. This is not a 25% discount it is a miserable 15%.

I recently had a 90-minute Lava Shell Massage at Cowshed in PrimroseHill. The massage itself was excellent — the lava shells stayed hot longer and provided a deep, soothing heat, and the therapist was skilled and attentive. The longer duration offered good value compared to other spas.
However, the ambiance wasn’t to my taste; the rustic decor felt a bit dated, and the cleanliness was disappointing — the toilets smelled unpleasant, and the massage bed’s face cradle had an odor, though the therapist kindly provided extra cushioning.
The massage oils didn’t have a strong scent and felt less pleasant compared to other places I’ve visited.
There was no shower or relaxation area afterward, so I had to get dressed quickly and leave. Overall, the spa experience felt less polished than others I’ve tried.
Good massage but the surroundings and facilities could definitely be improved
Excellent quality cosmetics. recommended for sensitive skins, and above all immaculate customer service.
A recent delivery got lost/stolen by Evri but Cowshed replaced it immediately without questions and delivered very fast.

Yes the products smell amazing, but a lot of the ingredients are actually banned in the EU and particularly the shower gels I react badly to them once the ingredients become airbourne. It's a shame for such expensive products that many people will have bad reactions to them - now I've discovered these clearly irritate me I am binning all my cowshed products. In the past used Elemis, Espa, Liz Earle with no problems but never know anything as harsh on the throat as Cowshed shower gel once it's turned into steam
My son gave me a birthday massage at Cowshed in Primrose Hill. The masseuse was excellent and I have no complaints about that. The venue is tired and uninspiring and there is a slightly arrogant vibe at the reception which isn't particularly welcoming. I didn't feel inclined to hang around after my treatment. My previous Cowshed visits were before Soho House took over ownership. My view is that the personal service just isn't there now. Have no complaints about the treatment but the ambiance is clinical and unwelcoming.
Just visited The Cowshed for my birthday surprise meal and it was truly exceptional. Although we were the only one's in there (A sunday evening in January is never going to be busy), the atmosphere and ambience was still perfect. The feel of the place is superb and Hallie and Samantha could not have been more attentive, happy and smiley. They both provided exceptional service. Thank you. And as for the beef - it was the tastiest Sunday Roast I have ever had, the beef was truly sensational. My Pork bite starters were also brilliant. A great experience. Food, staff, setting were all 10/10. Will be going back asap!

My birthday treat, my first facial, was ruined by the rude attitude of the receptionist. She was monosyllabic, unfriendly and careless. She did not want to engage with the customers at all. She didn’t smile or say thank you or hello or goodbye. Surely a receptionists basic training includes greeting the customer and being friendly.
My daughter had bought me the facial as a birthday present and we attended on my birthday. My daughter had her 3 month old baby with her who was totally silent throughout but she was made to feel very unwelcome. I was not allowed to hold the baby when my daughter needed the toilet. There seemed to be many many rules, all of which made us feel very unwelcome.
The beautician who did my facial was lovely and very expert.

What an amazing full body massage i feel totaly relaxed and genuinely feel taller and more relaxed after that so thank to the person who did mine it was just what the doctor ordered. excellent service so friendly and warm. The facility's are amazing and the lunch was divine as we had the welness package. The spa was very clean and I loved the ice bucket and saunas and steam room. The swimming pool was just the right temperature to get a few lengths in between saunas and ice buckets. There was a realy nice pile of ice being made too so you freshen up there too after the heat of the sauna. Oh and you can swim to the outside pool from inside I thought this was realy nice touch. And lots of room to relax around the pool. Definitely will be back 5 stars from me
I order some items for my Neice for her birthday with a 20% new customer discount, however I received an email advising advising the main item was out of stock and I’d receive a refund, despite still showing in stock on the website. I contacted Customer service and Rosie picked up my query, I explained the situation and that if I reordered other items I’d loose my discount. She very kindly agreed to ship a smaller gift set to me free of charge to make up for the stocking issue, and even agreed to send me a gift box, which was brilliant and my Neice was delighted with her gift. Rosie is a true credit to the brand
Damien and Safo at Bicester Village were incredibly kind, caring and helpful with helping us find what we were after! It will be a shame to see Cowshed leave the village but moreover the excellent staff behind the doors. Thanks Again!
This is the first time I’ve ordered from Cowshed and it will be the last. On 23 July, I ordered (and paid for!!) four items which were on offer. The total was £50.40. Two items arrived within a reasonable time (£30.50 of total order cost.)
I didn’t hear anything about the missing items and on 2 August contacted customer service to request an update. I was told that owing to an oversell of some items two items were unavailable and I was offered a 50% discount on a future order. No mention of refund.
I then received another email informing me that I’d been refunded £12.80 (not the £19.90 owing). I replied explaining the mistake.
Bizarrely, a further email arrived informing me that I’d ordered a duplicate of an item that actually did arrive from my original order (cleanser). This was an additional £25.95 (whereas it was £13.20 in the original order offer) and included a £3.95 shipping cost which again was free in the original order.
I then had to email again, and explain that I didn’t want another cleanser.
How difficult does it need to be to simply order something and receive it. I accept mistakes such as overselling occasionally happen, but it can’t be that complicated to explain this and refund what’s owed. I feel like I’ve spent far too much time sorting out Cowshed’s error.
Placed an order ( 1533 ) and paid £6.95 for DPD to deliver.No delivery slots/ texts from DPD just a jumbled mess of messages saying it had been all over the place and was being delivered to my new destination as requested by me….I didn’t request anything You can’t speak to DPD so tried to speak to Cowshed….no call number …numerous emails no answer In the end called SOHO Home to see if they could help Spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed advised she would e mail them and ask them to contact me …..nothing so far I love Cowshed products but will never order from them again as you just can’t speak to anyone when something goes wrong No one emails you back Shocking customer service
