Cowley Heating Services Ltd Recensioni

We’ve used Colin for a few years to service our boiler, however this weekend we had an emergency issue involving the plumbing of a new washing machine. Colin was so helpful and even came to resolve the issue for us on a Saturday. Highly recommend! 5*

Used cowley heating services for first time today for boiler service. What a nice man Colin is, helpful, professional , would highly recommend

Colin Cowley Plumbing & Heating Services is simply outstanding. Colin installed our boiler with top-notch expertise, and when we recently had an issue, he came round the same day to check it out—turns out everything was fine, but his quick response and reassurance made all the difference.

Colin and his team have also fitted our showers in the past, and their work was flawless. Whether it’s a big job or small, Colin consistently delivers exceptional service with a personal touch. If you need a reliable and skilled plumber, Colin Cowley is the name to trust! Highly recommended!

We recently moved to Great Notley in July and the first day realised we had no hot water. After nervously scrolling websites looking for a trusted local Plumber, I came across Colin and he immediately came to our rescue and we had hot water by the end of the following day. A couple of other teething problems cropped up (broken integral toilet flush, radiator needing relocating up the wall and then whole heating system needed new TRVs and flush through - all assessed by Colin and his Team immediately, booked in and rectified with ease. Adam & Jack working tirelessly all day long to rectify the heating system and even coming back the next day to 'tweak' the air out and rebalance again to a very satisfactory result. Colin and his Team are very professional, trustworthy, prompt with timings and nothings any bother. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone for their plumbing needs. Thanks Guys! (oh and shout out to Nathalie in the office taking my phone calls - thanks Nathalie!)

Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Job well done, efficiently and very clean worksmanship. Very pleased with the work undertaken.

Colin and his team expertly installed a boiler for us; they were very hard working (8-6 with barely a break), fully flushing the heating system and making sure all was tested and working before they left (and even returning next day to finish a bit of plastering). They overcame a few thorny design challenges where old and new boilers didn’t match as well (which included rerouting the flue and Colin did a great joinery job to ensure new boiler could remain fitted inside original cupboard). Their charges were reasonable and as final costs matched their quotation. They also cleaned up afterwards extremely well.

We’d very much recommend Cowley to anyone who needs any sort of heating work done.

Colin visited and was very informative to help me choose a new gas boiler. There was no pressure to buy through him and he gives a fair quote in comparison to one of the Big Companies that also quoted. Then he fitted it promptly and left absolutely no mess and came back the next day to make sure all was well. A nice guy too and good to deal with.

Many thanks to Colin, Adam and Jack for completely replacing my hot water cylinder and removing the massive water tanks from my loft.
The water pressure, most noticeably in the showers, as well as everywhere else, has dramatically improved along with not having to run off a gallon or so before the water starts to get hot. A very professional and high quality service from initial advice to job completion was maintained throughout the whole process. For anything to do with my plumbing or heating I wouldn’t use anyone else.
I cannot recommend Colin and his team highly enough.

First time of using Colin who was quick to respond to my initial query, was very professional when he visited and did a job that we thought would be tricky with no fuss. I’m really pleased with the work and will definitely be using him again!

a knowledge and skillful engineer who takes pride in his work we have used him for over 20 years

Fairly new to Colin but he has done a few jobs for us recently and have been very pleased. Nothing is too much trouble and he is very knowledgeable. Always leaves the area clean and tidy too. Thanks Colin

Highly recommend Colin and his team. Colin does my boiler service each year, have had his team in to help fix radiators that didn’t work. And last year they did a full refurb project for both my upstairs bathroom and en-suite. Very professional and reliable team, nothing is too much trouble for them and extremely trustworthy. I wouldn’t use anyone else for any plumbing and heating work.

Colin arrived promptly as promised!

Had an issue with no hot water. Diagnosed, sourced part and repaired within a couple of hours.

Very happy and would highly recommend.

I have been using Colin Cowley since I moved to Great Notley 7 years ago. His work has always been extremely good and to a very high standard. He has done a lot of work in our home from regular maintenance to changing taps and shower units. The biggest thing with Colin’s team is trust I would happily leave them to work in my property with us not being at home. They always cover all carpets and cover shoes or remove and the job after is always left as clean as before. Colin and his team are the only heating/plumber that will be doing work for me in the future. Great Company

Colin and the lads very professional nothing was a problem to them, they fitted a new boiler to my very old gravity system converted it to up to date system a few problems but all sorted out, would recommend to anybody.
very happy....

Colin has been my plumber for about 10 years now. Over the years he's done various plumbing jobs for me, including my yearly boiler service, replaced my hot water cylinder and system (when my old system did not provide my family with enough water to even fill a bath), replaced the circuit board on my old boiler and last week replaced my old boiler. He's always been friendly, reliable, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and tidy. I'm happy to recommend him for any of your plumbing jobs.

Colin of Cowley Heating Services is a true professional at what he does. He installed a new gas heating/hot water boiler and flushed the whole system all in one day and arranged the warranty for the boiler. Result was thar we are more than happy, well done Colin.
Steve & Kay. Great Notley, Braintree.

Colin was knowledgeable and reassuring, explaining everything to me as he worked. He found the issue straight away and rectified it, alongside another issue, which I was unaware of. I would definitely recommend.

As always, best service in plumbing, from changing our boiler to complete makeover of our master en suite and now fitting 2 new radiators downstairs. They had been amazing giving us the best quality service all through out.

Colin, Adam and Jack were brilliant throughout the whole process. Very polite and helpful with all the questions I had. My family have used Colin’s services for many years now and I will continue to do so in my new home. Highly recommend to all.
