Brilliant service, the coving we wanted was out fo stock when we enquirer. However They kept us in the loop & when they arrived in stock they reached out to us. Lovely products and will be purchasing more for our other rooms.

Hello Robert, Thank you for taking my call and my apologies again for your experience with Coving Direct. As discussed, I had absolutely no idea that you were having delivery issues. I have no record of receiving any emails from you and as I’m a “one person operation” the phone number on the website is always diverted to my mobile. I also included my mobile number in the email I sent you with your tracking details.
The first time I became aware that there were problems was when I read your review. I phoned you straight away and I hope you agree I have remained in constant contact with you until everything was sorted.
With regards to the timeline of your delivery, you placed your order on July 18th. I dispatched it on the 19th and sent you your tracking details that evening. The first parcel arrived on the 29th (9 working days later) and the second parcel arrived on the 3rd August (12 working days later). This is still an unacceptable delay in my opinion but not a one month delay. Again, I hope you agree.
Once again my apologies for your experience. Proper customer service and prompt, direct communication is extremely important to me and I always endeavour to keep to those principles. Unfortunately, this time it was not the case.
