The record case was delivered very quickly and is of excellent quality. This is the second one I've bought and I will be ordering more soon.

I have been ordering from this company for a number of years. I placed a new order which, for some reason, was sent to my old address where I have not lived for over 4 years even though they have sent many orders to me at my new address. As I obviously didn't receive this order I cancelled it, obtained a refund and placed a new order to my new address. This was on hold for approximately 2 weeks and so I cancelled it and got another refund.
I emailed them asking if I could place a new order - no reply. I decided to call them today and a lady answered who was very rude to me. "Ah yes, I know about this case but all I can tell you is that we suggest that you do not place any more orders with us". How rude! There website states 'Friendly Support' - I don't think so..... It's not my fault that my order was sent to my old address! I'm so glad I won't be using this rubbish company anymore.
